Hello, I would like to cite my own case as an example. I placed an order for a mobile phone which cost 107.08 usd including shipping fee. As at the time of the order, Access Bank was charging #400/usd. So the total cost of the phone was #42, 832. At the time of refund, Access Bank naira rate to dollar had jumped to #445. Hence, I got a credit alert of #47,650.60. Based on the above scenario, one can conclude that aliexpress's refund normally comes at the prevailing exchange rate. I'll advice that you find out what your bank's current rate is and then compare it with the rate when you placed the order. I can assure you, that's where the whole issue lies.

I think the only explanation for the reduction is that he got refunded part of the money, and not fully. If that's what the seller consented to, that's what aliexpress will refund.
All Nigerian's bank exchange rate only go up at this period, none of them has its exchange rate go down below the previous rates

Yes, it was after an App Upgrade. Checking through a pc gave me another information entirely. My currency changed to dollars and country changed to USA Flag.
But all my orders still were not there.

Another possible occurrence could be that you signed in with another email (if you have 2 or more account)
Check through your emails maybe you can find any helpful hint.

From my knowledge, those deductions are in arrears from the period the stamp duty charge was introduced, reason you have February, March, and so on. Those are the charges for February and March.

You can only dodge it by having your customers split the payment for you. E.g pay you 9,999 instead of 10k,
Split payment above 10k and below 20k into two, if they're comfortable doing so. If not, you have to live by it.

Well said, boss. I would've opted for the A7 pro to replace my A5 Pro, but their having same processor wouldn't let me. I need a more powerful processor.

After trying PIE LAUNCHER, this is what i got.
1. My battery charging bar showed 'charged' for the first time ever since I bought this phone.
2. Most importantly, my SOT is now bae. See below the SOT after 1 hour of heavy browsing, watching music videos, little chatting and streaming.
This is the best launcher I have ever used.
10% battery loss after after 1 hour usage. Isn't it incredible?

Kindly post a link to or screenshot the Icon of the Pie Launcher, So many Pie Launcher on Playstore.

The icon shows the charging signal but it says charged. But you can only see the charged on lock screen.

Good morning Umidigians.

I tried taking a selfie with my A5 pro yesterday morning, but here is what I got. This is the third or 4th time I'm getting something like this. What could have caused this?

Before people complain about battery SOT, please ensure your battery is calibrated and also repeat calibration at least, once a month.......

Calibration is not only specific to Umidigi devices, but all devices, if you want to enjoy your batteries performance..............

Like it or not, Umidigi A5 Pro is not a gaming device....... It would play games, but don't expect a donkey to perform like a horse..............

I calibrated mine at the first charge after unboxing. Hope I'm good to go?
The issue I'm having is app usage of battery not showing. I've done a factory reset, iss still persist.
