The very low level of inclusion of women in main steam developmental programs have not done much good to our society. More competent women need to offer themselves to serve in leadership positions.

"Balance for Better* is the theme of the 2019 International Women Day.
More girls need to be mentored by successful women. Younger ladies can aspire to maximise their full potential if they are properly guided by the older women.

There can be an improvement in the world view from the words and experiences of female/women mentors.Let's use Malala Yousafzai as a case study.
She is a Pakistani activist for female education and the youngest Nobel prize laureate.
She made a balance when she fought for girl child education at the time when girls were banned from going to school and she is the "most prominent citizen" of the country.

If you are a lady reading this, I am calling on you to be the best you can become. The younger girl is following your foot steps. Older professional ladies can use their platforms to encourage younger girls, draw them closer and guide them accordingly.
I urge all women to create a balance between work, family, religious activities and humanitarian service.

Women are doing incredibly well in various fields of life. There are more fields to conquered.

Keep striving to become the best. The world is not yet balanced. The men need your input in the board rooms.

Super mums is an NGO founded by uchechi may nzeribemfa to help women and young girls and am oppurtuned to be part of them.Now the abeokuta chapter visited sacred heart hospital at lantoro and saw mothers who are been detained because they can't afford to pay the hospital fees so they are calling on nigerians to help the mothers leave the hospital.
