Honestly,lexus rx350 do not require constant maintenance as suggested.
Just normal oil and break pad change.
I have used my lexus rx350 2010 for 2 years+ and have not had a reason to spend huge amount on maintenance and also i have few friend that use same vehicle and non have had a bitter experience.
OP go for rx350 and if you can afford it also get a small corrola or civic to support the lexus.

Lexus is luxurious version Of Toyota Both re owned and produced by the same mother company just that one has more fancy tech,luxurious fittings than the other, don't get it wrong, all toyotas re buit strong to last, but like you know, some of them re made in the US..truth is you can't compare the Japan made ones to the US made ones...Just like you can't compare a Benz made in Germany to the one made in the US. I personally feel japan made toyotas re better... Forget Camry is made in the US.... Japan Made Toyota SUVs re better.... Both vechiles re great but the lexus will give you more edge over the venza,it has a sporty feel, a smooth ride and you can upgrade to make it look like a newer model if you have money for bodykit... The venza on the other hand will ride smooth and give you comfort with all round rugged Road performance but won't match that of the RX even if there re some terrain you did need to avoid as a Lexus owner... The Lexus has more power than the venza but there is a issue to both... Venza has ratting noise issues,breaks issues and you can't upgrade those rigid vehicles.... The lexus however have Technical issues and Electric fault here and there which won't come easy to fix...And don't be decieved lexus part don't sell for cheap,yes their part re readily available but that's doesn't make it cheap.... The yearly cost of maintaining a lexus is more expensive when compared to a venza..like i said both re good vehicles... Weada nah venza or Rx350 if you don't maintain it...none will last...cars run longer and last longer when probably taken care of.... But for the money if you have it...Go with the lexus but keep money for constant maintenance...that's the only way you did really enjoy ur car...

As at 2017 a friend of mine, rented a room for 26k per year, Recently price have sky rocketed,i want to leave lagos for a while, im trying to get two bedroom flat in Akala i keep getting 400k-600k per anum and oluyole 350 -500k, while alalubosa 700k-1.3m and that's high,i stayed in jericho during my first time there, for almost 2years,i got to know places,ibadan is good really,standard of living is cheap,but the jobs don't pay well at all,and majority of it occupants re not too exposed to the core,sorry to say.... Jericho is good but electricity there is 2nd to zero...Odo ona has better light than Jericho, i dunno about now oo..but before now..that was just the case...I'm leaning towards akala, as they have new house and a quiet environment... The light im not sure....but people re saying it okay, alalubosa would have been a nice pick..but instead of spending 1.3n on a 2bed with no central generator or swimming pool, i did rather head to Aerodome or add 300k and get a standard mini flat in lekki with everything one Could ask for....

thanks boss. i spent a lot of time on T4R forum and took Ilyas truck as my model truck. I loved his job. at first wanted to plasti dip so i can reverse if i don't like it, so i ordered a lot of spray cans. i tried first only grills, emblems and tires. They looked good (see pics below). But i decided to do a full matte permanent paint job this time. I just wanted a permanent stay since i liked it.
My time on T4R really paid off. Got all my idea from Ilyas truck and decided to give it a go one step at a time. Just for the love of the look i had to put all these mods on the budget immediately. And believe me, it's very well worth the price. The Borla exhaust is just da bomb! You need to hear the gentle roar. Couldn't ask for more!!!!!!...lol....
Yeah my truck is 4wd limited. I don't have the xreas suspension yet, next mod project is actually the CBI off-road bumpers, I just love the solid feel of the bumpers especially for 9ja taxi drivers...lol... at the moment I am having a hard time on agreeing shipping cost because of the weight but I hope to get that sorted soon.
I so so so wish I could attend the 4runner meet. In fact Earthrealm should start planning a 4runner meet here in 9ja and let's see how it goes, then a cross country drive (sorry partial cross country because we wont get to the north at least for now) would be so much fun.

Will run either Cooper Discovery Or Michelin KO2 ....too bad 4th gen models don't have much performance mods..the ideal stuff would have been a cold air intake and a Supercharger...TRD has For the 3rd Gen T4R, so does Maguson For the 5th Gen T4R but not for the 4th Gen...my interior moods will include carbond fibre Dash trim wrap with Rvynl wraps and Headunit upgrade..i love the JBL sound system already...i hope to post Picx soon..we can also Hook up sometime if you don't mind..

The body work is only the most obvious modification. Who knows what Gazzuz did not capture. If customs stop that car it will become another story of a late model car being brought in for money of an older model.

Yesterday i was watching lexus lx570 2010 being upgrade to 2019...it's normal.. But it's really of no use if the millage on the vechicle is above 250k+... Or if the engine is wornout... This kinda mods re best done vechicles, That still have a decent millage say 50k to 100k...aside that.. Oga sell am.. Buy new model cheap from copart come repair... Use... I look forward to modify'n my own 4runner...tho when i ready it's preferably one orders all the part directly from the US or whereever it's been sold... Bring the mannual along and give it to a good mechanic here to fix them for you... If possible give them the online video tutorial to watch for days and understand better before they scatter ur car for you... Especially performance mods that pertains to
toying around ones engine... Abeg love-vendor and modifications different ooo.. No go scatter wetin good before say nah modifications... This is more like a mod.. Performance mod dey, body kit mods, infortainment system mods eg speakers and audio system and Tyres and wheels mods... Modifications simply has more to do with removing and replacing parts with custom made parts... But pimping often has to do with complete teardown of the vechicle or full car modifications... U can modify ur car without changing ur car paint or repaint depending on the mods u did.. But u see pimping ehn... The color/paint job nah constant elements when pimping...

I did like to install an icon stage 4 lift kit shock, plus custom rims and offroad tyres, OEM audio system, Maguson Super charger, plus a momorito custom headlamp on my 4runner...i don't mind odering all the stuff myself.. I just want to confirm is there any reliable custom modification shop in lagos that can help me fix them...?? Especially the Supercharger..
