Anybody doubting the op shud read dis,I was a victim of self service for 12years,I self service atleast 8 times every day for 12years,
i look far older than my age now,
it destroyed my self worth and confidence so much
i used to have loss of memory,I can't concentrate well,I easily get confused,my skin dries easily,I sweat profusely,I learn things with difficulty even simple things,I became a hardcore porn addict up to the extent that I know so numerous actresses,I was caught by members of my family so many times with porn,I noticed I cudnt have a girlfriend,I had to go to a prostitute house to disvirgin myself(I regret this move I took)and I notice when I was having sex I wasn't enjoying it atall,I wud av to self-service to. Be satisfied,even when I later got two girlfriends,I still don't enjoy sex atall,so my relationship doesn't last,infact I released too quick and they where never satisfied,and I noticed my dck shrunk a little bit I am always tired feeling lazy,it also gave me some spiritual problems, I strongly advice anyone engaging in such act now shud stop it before it gets to mine,self service is like taking cocaine cos the sprain releases some hormones called neurotransmitters during any sexual condition,and too much of it damages the brain,so anyone self servicing shudnt critized any cocaine addict.am still fighting it hard now with d word of God,so dat it wud not make me impotent or having problems in marriage.pls eshew all such practices chao

As for Aboh gettin extinct, u shud understand tht the Aboh u probably read about from the now famous expedition is the Aboh 'Kingdom' of the early to mid 19 century, at the peak of its power which had soveriegnty over my Sister's (your wives) Kwale and all the sorrounding villages. Most of these other sorroundin communities r nw independent but stil acknowledge the historical significance of Aboh. Modern Aboh on d other hand is limited to the capital of the then Kingdom plus the immediate neighbouring communities. Today, we may not be as significant as we once were but our history is our pride. All kingdoms, once risen must fall. Unlike the Igbo nation whose rise was as a result of Western influence, we created a Kingdom with our hands and Ruled the World as far as we could reach.
