I know of an olosho that drop out from a state university cos her cgpa cannot flash MTN number then in a matter of a year anty said she has graduated from Benin republic. Like how? It is down to location.
Here in Abuja (Nyanya), it is 200 for wholesale, but in Kaduna (kakuri), it is 100 at wholesale price.

Yes, not everyone is in Lagos or Abuja big towns.
Some people in local towns do business with 30-40k and feed family 2ru it.

Just look at the picture in broad view. U may need 7million or more to start pharmacy, but need around 50k to initiate buying n selling of farm products in villages without owning a personal shop.

SouthEast people are travellers. I registered in Enugu during university days, voted in yaradua, the GEJ 2011. But couldn't vote subsequently. Many people register in SE but migrate and can't take the risk of going back just to vote in election especially with the high insecurity on roads, election manipulation n sacrifices from work or businesses.

Election should be made flexible especially the presidential part.
