Why not leave semantics? Corruption and stealing, even if we agree they aren't the same, could a president of a country like Nigeria afford to make such statement? And stealing is a form of corruption, there are other forms of corruption, yes, but to insist and keep insisting that stealing is not corruption is standing logic on its head.
