This is called 'Efu' in Yoruba. It is caused due to illness that is not prope e.g typhoid. There is this leave that has red flower, the liquid extract that comes out of it when u cut it is used to clean the tongue. Just make sure u get herbal solution for it because most time medications don't work for it. Hope it is not causing weakness from the inside bc that is one of the things that u will experience when u av it |
