bro those machanics dey make fire for money. like me give you this jist
so this day i was on my way i was about an hour from my destination then my car developed fault i komot start to they find mechanic like say na naija grin my brother i no see so i called a friend of mine and he sent me his mechanic's no i called baba he came to meet me. i can remember vividly that all all he did that day was just to change batteries just like them they do for naija nai im baba say him go collect $200 oga my eye shine. in all i paid the $200 just for him to swap batteries and make my car start i was just wowed.

and also that if your car develop fault let say the material is $200 them go collect workmmmanship $300 chai na business sha cheesy cheesy

I've read it countless times online how mechanics in the US make alot of money and I keep wondering why 60 person of Naija mechanics are earning a little income. At times I used to think maybe those guys over there are magicians, well ... like I've once said on this thread that car users in Nigeria don't mind using expensive car, buy costly spare parts but pay just a little for the service rendered by the mechanic to fix their car's problems... on the other hand I won't blame the car users.. I blame the mechanics e.g my master that has refused to package his workshop despite the fact that he owns the plot land he's using.. em no get package at all.. we're still using whining jack.. hydraulic jacks.. we work on sand .. we look so dirty self. but that one no mean say we no sabi work oo.

For example there was this day one Military officer in a nearby Cantonment came to our workshop in a convoy, I believe someone prolly his colleagues recommended my master to him but he was disappointed when he got to our workshop cos it didn't look like the way he expected it to be.. he told his men to make a U-turn and take him out of that vicinity.. lol.

As OGA come wey we tell am wetin happen.. he said.. "leave the foolish man alone!!! na motor em con do abi na Workshop em con look!!!".. lol.. I no fit laugh.

in fact.. d tin taya me.

Not everything just something to survive some of them do under table jobs(you suppose understand grin. Most of them are illegal immigrants that don't have the requirements to be employed so they do those jobs and are paid lesser than the minimum wage and them they work fireee

e yeah.. that's one of the reasons I don't support anything illegal.. it's not easy to work talkless of been paid less than the minimum wage... I hope i'd find it easier peradventure am opportune to travel abroad prolly the US in other not to fall a victim of illegal immigrant thingy.

Automechanic

same thing my aunty wey dey Atlanta GA tell me. . but I keep wondering why those guys are well paid there compared to Naija.

well... one thing I've noticed is .. car users in Nigeria likes it when their car's problems are well fixed but they like paying less. no wonder mechanics over charge them when there's is a component that needs to be replaced cos that's the only way they can make some added cash.

The bold of your post got me laughing so hard but it is the truth, l was in a similar situation years ago when l was in Amsterdam for a conference, l was paired with a Blonde of Surinamese descent during one of the interactive sessions, l engaged her into another ""the other room conference "" in the words of Buhari Lol, after the conference, l controlled her to my crib, to cut a long story short, she says l have to wash her plate very well to stimulate her before l eat the real meal, l was not ready to do it but she practically forced me into it, taught me how to do it very well, wink

my first and last time was this V babe.. I wasn't that good at it but she didn't allow me go further.. she almost ran mad.. but I'm still looking forward to see a CLEAN babe preferably Oyinbo wey go dey caress head and scream like a mad dog while I do my job nicely.. yeah... my job.. nicely.

What the poster was saying is that - if you haave a "Blood related" family member in the US on Green card or a Citizen, they can file your green card for you, but the waiting period is 7 years before you can actually get the green card.

ok .. now I understand.. but I think the immediate relatives of U.S. Citizens (defined as spouse, parents, and unmarried children under 21) are not subject to the annual quota. They can get their green card as soon as USCIS finishes processing their cases, which can take several months. .. I stand to be corrected thou.
