Please I wish to ask/know, how does someone file for RECONSIDERATION after a refusal. The person was refused on the basis of "no motivation to pursue the program considering education and employment history" according to the GCSM note. Whereas all the concern was well and clearly stated in the SOP including an introduction letter from the company that clearly state the reason and importance of the travel.

Please how and what's the process of filling for reconsideration of one don't want to reapply yet.

Hello everyone, please I'll need inputs as regarding POF issue.
I want to apply as self sponsored as a mature applicant but the funds would be given to me by my brother and I do not want to wait to have the funds in my account for 4 months, can my brother transfer the money to one of my accounts so I can transfer the money to my POF account and explain that the sum was gotten as a result of my savings from years of work experience and joint savings with my husband without showing the bank statement of the account my bro transferred the money into?

Your idea is perfect but I'll still suggest you don't transfer the fund as LUMP SUM from your account where your brother credited to your POF account. You can be doing it incrementally/small small till you have all the fund credited to your POF account. Also, always give your transfer a convincing descriptions.

When did you get your note? I feel a good SOP will do justice to it and also a Letter of explanation addressing the issue the VO raised. Explain why she is going for the course. Also does she have masters? If yes, then state why this course is very important even after her masters.

The note came on July 06 also she she's got a certificate in Hospitality Operations and Bsc in Business Administration and she intend to study "International Business Management". Her larger work experience of over 10years was on hospitality management industry and business management she owns her business and also a director in my own businesses.
Please what will you suggest on the POF as explained in my earlier submission.

Good Day great people, please I need your advice on the following;
My wife was recently refused (June 2023 precisely) on the basis of "Inconsistent" we requested for GCMS note and the reason was based on, not enough motivation to pursue the intended course (simply SOP issue).

However, during the application I was her sponsor and she also as some funds in her account which still maintained till now but I as the sponsor have used up all the funds in my account for personal and business purposes. Now that we intend to reapply, we intend to top up the amount/funds in my wife's account as the applicant, for her to be "Self sponsored" and I won't have to present my own bank statement. I intend to do this by gifting her 1 plot of land which she'll sell to make up the funds.

My question for the gurus will be that, will there be any issue with the above approach or what will you suggest should be the best approach for us to get it right this time without raising any further concerns with the VO.

We also wish to seek the service of a professional SOP writer as that's the only basis for the refusal and borders on studies relation alone even though all these were clearly stated in our previous sop. If you're a good sop writer kindly reach out on slimmy4gem @ gmaildotcom.

Good day guys,
Please we're about to apply for my wife's study visa. I'm her sponsor. We decided to have her balance for tuition and upkeep in her account in the sum of 6.5M which I've been crediting to her account incrementally for the past 3 months while I'll also be presenting 8M in my account. But the final deposit of the 6.5M which is 1.5M shall only be deposited 27th of April. We intend to apply in 2nd week of May.

My question is, will the last deposit raise any red flags as being a lump sum even though 1M will be from me and 500k from my wife's business account?

Please your candid advice will be greatly appreciated.

Please I need your candid advice. My wife is the main applicant and I'm her sponsor. We intend to present as our POF the following in cash/bank statements. 6M in her personal savings account which covers the balance of her tuition and $10,000 cad upkeep. While I'm presenting 8M as a balance in my savings account as the sponsor. We both own businesses and I actually transferred the money to her account and describing it appropriately. My question is will these amounts be enough as POF for her application? Note: we have paid even more than the required tuition deposit as requested by her college.

Also, can hypertis B be a hindrance to student medical for the visa application?

My wife got LOA January 12th for May Entrants and we intend to defer till September to allow for adequate preparations after payment of initial deposit.
However, I shall be the sponsor for my wife submitting my both personal and company SOA. My wife also has a registered business (Business name/Sole proprietorship) which has a an active business account but she doesn't make transactions through her personal savings.
We shall start the process of application anytime soon but I wish to know;
1) As a sponsor would there be any effect having lump sum in my personal account even though I have enough documents for my businesses and being the sole signatory.
2) Aside the letter of sponsorship which I might be providing, is it compulsory to send all required funds to my wife's account as a lump sum.
3) Should my wife submit her business account as her POF instead of personal account or she submit both.
4) What is the expected minimum balance for a sponsor or the applicant.
5) Wife has been denied UK tourist visa in the past, can she submit her refusal letter with documents to be submitted.
6) I have a Domiciliary Account which I shall be using in paying her initial tuition deposit and the account is less than 3months can I include with other SOAs
7) Generally what's expected of a sponsor.

Please I have the following information and questions and shall require answers that can guide in my preparation for study permit application @makano etc. Kindly forgive my manners.

1) I'm a registered Civil Engineer with years of. experience and have worked with multinational before setting up my own company but have applied for 1yr Advance Diploma in Environmental Engineering which the class start May, 2022.
2) I have 4 registered limited liability (construction, Farm, Logistics and Bakery) companies but 1 (construction) is most active with contracts from govts (Local and State).
3) I'm married with a son
4) I have Landed properties.
5) I'm a director to my wife registered business name (enterprise)
6) I have pension cert of my previous place of work including payslips, confirmation Letter and also redundancy letter which was the basis I started my own company.
7) I have a building as Inheritance but with other siblings and I'm the coordinator.
I don't pay myself salary in my company but share profits periodically.

Here my question; Are the above information enough to support my application especially proof of fund and home ties?

What should I include and documents should be removed before submission?

Do I required to submit letter of introduction and study leave to be signed by the second director and Secretary?

Should I submit CAC for the company or just the active 1?

Please kindly guide on what documents I should consider for my application.

The reflection of true leadership...Having big 32teeth isn't what matters but its functionality, therefore govt should priorities there projects without compromising quality for grade as in some states of the federation. It's not how big your project is but its positive effects on the lives of the citizens and the immediate built environment.

The governor "Umahi Dave" is really a proactive technocrat and a visionary who knows what he want and goes for it with great priorities and passion.

We must give it to him and all his teams especially the commissioner for works in that state for a job Weldone. Also the contractors have done a great job in delivery of these infrastructures/facilities.

I love the RED bricks used for the medians, islands and walkways making/giving the road components a unique aesthetics. Not forgetting the concrete pavements awesome and beautiful.

Why travelling from one pole to the other we know our enemies, baba declare state of emergency at all our borders across the country and empower the security agencies with great ammunitions and not refurbished and better allowances. Also declare/include cultist groups as been a terrorist groups.

What the Op posted was right..my question is there was a 13billion budget for this same project and yet the govt of Ambode had refused to paid the contractor for the completion of the project..before you attack me go and check Lagos state 2018 budget it's an open documents.. Instead construction of lay-bys and bus park has been this govt priority..
Over 3000 workers had been sacked on that project and people are really suffering.. I was rubbed in daylight at Dantata bus/stop before Alakija just last week Saturday as a result of a bad section of the road which had continued to cause traffic.
The govt should stop being insensitive and do what's right for the people.

That's the problem when people don't have access to the right information.. Yes the road is a Federal road but an MOU was signed between the state and the federal for the state to embarked on the massive reconstruction of Lagos-Badagry Expressway which is a good concept while the federal govt refund back the money spent..Therefore, Lagos State Govt is in charge of that project.

However, there was a budget for the project this 2018 by the state govt..so is the responsibility of the govt of Mr Akinwunmi Ambode to release funds for the project so that, the project can be completed.

Personally we politicized everything in this country at the expense of the citizens who out of nothing pay there taxes and contribute there quotas to the development of the nation..how many Kilometers is the road that's taking ages to be completed because of lack of vision.

Is high time we start taking infrastructure development seriously the better the country cos Nigeria is still a Virgin Land whole lot to be done and tapped into.

which school are you applying to? And NO, you don't need to legalise passport data page, cv,to whom.. And you don't need to be present for legalisation at MOE N MOFA... But you will need to sign a document at the Belgian embassy, yhu can download the form online n include it in your documents you intend to send to Abuja...n pls can yhu explain wat yhu mean by attestation/english as a medium.. legalise all document you want to base your admission on... If its express which i did,
2000 per doc at MOE, 1500 per document at MOFA, 5000 per document at BELGIUM EMBASSY.... I hope you know the important doc to legalise, are you going for undergraduate or masters?
