They want to retain the right of manning all borders surrounding Palestinian "bantustan". To move from point A to point B (with this solution) the Palestinians would have to pass Israeli border guards. How can this be a solution and why should the Palestinians accept it. No wonder only the US and Britain will ratify such an unworkable system. The rest of the world has much more political nous to know this is unworkable.

the Arabs don't have a name for those places, for the few they have names for, those names are very recent. The name "westbank" did not exist until 1948, it is simply the jordanian name for Judea/Samaria, a name that has been in existence for 3000 years.
