If that's the only domain in that account, you MAY consider giving the buyer the account login details.

If there are other domains in the account and they are more than 60 days old, you MAY consider opening a new account, transfer these other names to the new account, and give the buyer login details to the first account that contains the sold domain.

Make sure you use an Escrow agent to be sure of payment before releasing the domain.

These are my personal opinion. Good luck/congrats
Thanks for the reply. I already told the buyer I can do a domain push if he opens a directnic account and I push the domain to the account.

What reply can I give to a buyer who wants to buy my domain and is asking how a transfer can be done but the domain is on directnic and not up to 60 days yet. Any way around it?

$1,200. I learnt that to start a case on a trademarked domain costs around $1200. But this is not a license to be registering trademarked domain or keyword. One of such may get you into trouble.

First week of April I had 4 offers which I accepted all but none was successful, all of them change their mind and it was really frustrating, so many thing started running through my mind , I wanted to stop registering new names for now, then thursday last week was checking on expired name I found InteriorDesignPhoenix/com, so i went on to register it on dynadot.
I sent outbound mails same day then I follow up on Monday, the buyer said he is interested, whats my price, sent him $600 he offered $400 I agreed and he paid within 10minutes.

I started December 2018, had my first sale February 2019 but wanted to start reporting my sales when I had my third sale.
My portfolio is @57names.
