So I have been hearing lots of reviews and reports for over three months about some persons impersonating me to broker some domains for sale using outbound strategy. Making use of my Epik email signature and also my name as the heading to a fake email address (gmail).
its quite unreasonable how people who one helps to cover sales silently by making calls and sending prospects emails just to close deals, do this terrible things behind my back to create confusion in the domaining space.

To whom it may concern
Two domains got verified by your prospective end-users, asking if I work with Epik with that gmail address.
You kept your domains with us and its quite easy to know you did this by just a search to the domain name on the database.

This persons know themselves. I wont call them out here. I will respond swiftly.

Call them out boss, there should be no room for fraudulent activities in this business.

Well the book make sense tho i am yet to finish it. He shared his journey as a domainer, strategies and mode of out bounding, samples of different sales letters, how to warm up your emails, ED filters and so on. Tho most of these things have been discussed here but his own was more modified sha plus he shared some personal tools he used to get good names.

Not trying to spoil the guy's business but the sole reason why he sells more is because he spends more on domains. Imagine buying your first geo domain for 100+ dollar, it will definitely sell na.

If you know Yogi that shares his strategies on twitter you will understand why there are so many backorders. He deals on geo domain and has proved that there is value in geo domains with his sales reports. He said he backorders names he likes with dropcatch and I believe that's what most of his readers are now doing. This days geo domain goes into public action on dropcatch

So this is why a lot of people have been dropcatching geo names recently, i pity them, it's not a good strategy and doesn't make sense. Why dropcatch a geo name for $59 that is not sure of selling. Dropcatch 10 names for $599 then sell 2 out of the 10 at $300 each. Does it make sense?

If you work online, (not just domaining) get paid in USD, AND have BTC as a payout option, use it.

Sell it at 470)/$ (Luno experience) and when you want to make USD purchases, you will only spend 395/$ (GTB).

When it comes to scraping many factors are at play. You can end up with very little result or different locations. You need to be patient with the scrapper, especially when its not a popular service or low population city.

The guy uses yp email scrapper. How hard can it be? I've used it before and I can tell you for a fact it doesn't take more than 10minutes at most to generate these mails. His service is just really poor, he needs to do better.

Most of the mails gotten through this method are even bad, he doesn't even verify them before sending to customers which is really bad.

It's been hell doing business with opisterincos. I paid him to scrape mail for me since Wednesday and up till now I have not received the emails.He only sent a 14mb video of him scraping the mails yesterday and went mute till now(wtf am I to do with a vid of you scraping mails)

Too unprofessional for a fellow domainer.

And I want to say that if you wanna patronize him... you in for disappointment.

Thank God it's not only me. Didn't want to complain here not to spoil business for him. Told him to scrape mails for 4 domains for me and he only did two, even out of the two he scrapped, one is total nonsense.

This is why we read books, have mentors and coaches, learn from others, have on-the-job training, etc. For a guy who has just sold a domain name for the first time won't want to make a mistake of fund cannot be reached because of blah blah blah.

Around 90 and an average of 20 bounce

If you are sending in bulk, try to split it into 40s and give some minutes interval before sending.

I was banned once but since I've been using this format, no ish.
