about asking for registration instead of treating ASAP, well, it's unfortunate. but blame the economy as most Drs will complain that when they treat 1st the patients run away after recovery. but i'm not sure they'll do that in emergency cases.

but if you go to govt hospitals you may get treatment 1st without much hussle if it is an emergency. . . . if Drs are not on strike
