yesterday the 20th of august 2009 was a good day for borno state maiduguri corpers,as the director general of NYSC made a goodwill visit to the state,days after the BOKO HARAM war.
the conference hall of the state secretariat went wild,when the DG mentiond a cash gift of 20k for all corpers and 100k for those affected.
