And I also draw one from the embassy website, that stated they should reopen by June 15 because of people travelling for summer.
Mind you nobody wanna lose money even embassy. He dey pain them as dem no operate, so let's calm down.

But I'm hopeful they'll resume soon.

I qualify for CAT A and I booked last December, precisely Dec 13 and I didn't receive a date just like almost everyone here. My hope and belief were getting detailed cos of the unexpected delay but I kept on praying and kept believing God. Last week, I got so tired with everyone that I started to lose hope and started winter applications. In fact, I already started applying to schools, about 5 schools already. On Friday, I eventually cancelled my appointment with the plan that I would rebook for winter this monday just as almost everyone is planning but I didnt have rest and peace deep down that I was not believing the words of God he had already told me, which is human of me.

Over the weekend, I was still praying about it, lamenting to God and in the midst of the brouhaha, I was still having this assurance I would get AD. To cut long story short, I had this urge during my prayers to request extension for 8 weeks and still rebook for summer using the new start date. The urge was so precise as such, I was at first feeling is it possible for any school to allow such extension. Come Monday, I mailed one of the schools I already got admitted to requesting for 8 weeks extension from the normal deadline of april 28 and lo and behold, they granted it immediately the following day, sending a document that to that effect. I was delighted and rushed home to rebook.

I rebooked on Tuesday afternoon using June 30 as start date and Thursday evening, that's yesterday around 7p.m, I got my AD for April 7!! This could have been possible only with God.

God will settle everyone's sincere desire in Jesus name, I wish everyone the best.


PS; This is not to brag nor tell anyone I'm good and smart at calculating dates. In fact, not to say I'm lucky but it is just about I was favoured by God and he showed me mercy. I could have decided to hold this to myself and keep mute just as it is gradually becoming of this group but of what importance is it if i can not give back to the community that helped me because I'm certain one or two persons would benefit from this.

please i submitted my documents by post, and i registered on uni-assist portal where i uploaded my relevant documents. but i got a message from uniassist that they have received my documents but i have not applied on line, how can i apply on line again, my status is showing evaluation. i need urgent explanation please. and also i have not received any payment receipt

A friend of mine just finished interview this morning, though he is a DAAD scholar.
I know like 3 also in that CAT A that did interview last week, they are also DAAD scholars.

You have to do both , cox they need to scan the online one to get your information during the interview. The paper one is mainly for visa processing.
Please when did you apply for your AD?

they are the same just choose anyone of them one is ok don't fill both but from February Online application will be compulsory according to new Schegen law

. Paul's job is just arrangement of documents only and he will make sure you have all your documents ready. if you ask him questions regarding category A or B scholarships and so on he will not answer only visa officer will decide on that if they will interview you or not
