That's not the point of this conversation. We are talking about Airtel ODU's 50Mbps plan and its speed.
I have been using Starlink since February 2023, currently using the Gen3 v4 system. Starlink can be quite slow and annoying sometimes, especially for those of us who live in Abuja or Lagos, as these two cities have reached capacity. that's why I got the Airtel ODU.

Below is a speed test I just carried out on my Starlink. In the dead of the night, I get over 300 to 400Mbps.

This is on 5G. The 5G cell tower, which is far away from my location, seem to have poor upload speed, but the download is good. For streaming and downloading, all you really need is the download speed.

Lol...this speed is just a child's play for ppl using MTN fiber or starlink, , so don't think you are getting a good speed , Ur good speed is a fair speed to some people

Poor, actually. That's about 17Mbps out of 50Mbps. I remember you were the one who said you stick your network mode on 3G for stability, I guess that's why your download speed is poor.

Post the speed of your 4g router or 5g router

This man, you have been making enquiries about this ODU for more than a month now. By now you even have more information about the ODU than some people who have actually acquired it. You better buy it before they increase the price 😂

Finally found the settings in the new 5G router. What and what do I tweak for a better network cos mine here is too unstable

Activate it to 4g or 3g and lock to band7... It works like magic, at least more better than 2mbps

Wild update.

Turns out both esim and simcard were activated.

Popped out the sim and fixed it on my x25 pro. ODU blazing without simcard in it, x25 blazing with the ODU's simcard in it!!!!!

That's so sweet , hv U tested the Sim with a 4g router if it will work or not ... I have been to the nearest Airtel office here , they do not hv the odu
