It's Linux, so not all games support its anti cheat system. That's the only thing I see, apart from that the steam deck has been a wonderful system for me.

Boss what are the games that does not support it ..I am so sorry if my questions are too much..I don't want to regret spending that much money on it. .

Bought it about a year ago for 470k, today same console is over 600k brand new.

I sold it 400k about 3 months ago and moved on to a gaming Asus Rog Strix 2022 version with Nvidia RTX 3070 graphics card 8gb dedicated.

This country don scatter..460k to 600k that means the OLED will be more than 700k ...I have a gaming PC I need something I can play on the go

Mine is lcd but I'll be buying the oled too lol. My lcd will be docked though.

And yeah, the oled steam deck is waaayyy better than the lcd one.

I'm playing Doom Eternal on the steam deck, Finished Death Stranding a couple of month ago, only game I've completed in 2023, Next is either Tears of the Kingdom or Nier

First time users find it hard twerking the steam deck, plus I think it's getting outdated, I would prefer the steam deck oled or the Rog ally.

I have been searching about the steam OLED and rog but I can't find any real price of the 2 in Nigeria..it seems the steam OLED is more cheaper that the rog ...I will try and get the steam OLED ..do you have any idea of the price of the 2 both new and used

In your case I’ll recommend the legion go or ASU’s rog ally.

The rog ally pros are that it has a more polished windows software than the legion go, vrr and good screen though its downside is that it kills sd cards due to thermal issues.

The legion go software is not as matured but it has other things that the ally lacks like trackpad, detachable controllers, a slightly better and bigger screen/resolution.

Among those two’s, rog ally will be my recommendation.

Yes it can play majority of pc games but games like multiplayer ones may or may never work due to anti-cheats since the steam deck runs Linux by default unless you install windows 11 on it.

In your case I’ll recommend the asus rog ally or Lenovo legion go. Both handheld runs windows 11 by default so they tends to have more compatibility with anti cheats games.

I prefer the steam deck though due to the seemlessness of it’s console-like user interface.

If you could advise me on what to get which one will U advise me to buy, Steam deck, Asus aog ally or Lenovo I want something that can all almost 99 percentage of pc games 😁 and that I can also use as mini PC at times

Steam deck 512gb has a couple games installed for 500k

Nintendo V2 modchip hacked has over 30 games installed. Modchip alone was bought for 120usd but wetin man go do, I can't remove it going for 200k

And PS4 pro on 9.00 available for 200k with lots of games installed.

Steam deck is a success now y'all. I have been enjoying my time with one and I'll say I vastly prefer it to ps5 or xbox. This thing can play literally every game released since 40yrs ago.
