I've tried all cappo, I can't take milk, I vomited the first time I took milk so I've been avoiding it. My mouth is always bitter so eating has been soooooooooo difficult. I've lost 10kg so far, it's hard to keep anything down.

The little symptoms i am having have all eased up more, peeing is now reduced but not my normal peeing and my energy these days is wonderful sometimes i wonder whats happening sef, but a littru bump is saying hi to me just to reassure everything is fine.

Just keep trying different food, you will figure out what you can tolerate. Try hot, warm and cold versions of food you'll be surprised what you can tolerate

Cappo, I'm here o been dealing with painful headache and insomnia for 3 days now.

Haa e pele ma,

I am sure the insomnia is the cause of headache, hope you are eating well? I had one crazy headache few days and my body was feeling kind of strange, sleep wasn't forth coming and i was bloated so i wasn't even ready to eat anything, DH insisted i eat after telling him my last meal was early afternoon, that was how i leveled up eba and correct okro soup , omo i was recharged immediately and could't wait to get into bed.

So please try and eat, take a bath, drink warm milk (can't stand evaporated milk) turn off all lights and electronics put a wet towel over your head and just lay on the bed with your eyes closed even if it looks like sleep is not coming, you won't know when you wee doze off and start snoring sef

Regular baths, fan and AC to cool down. I'm on house arrest, doctor wanted to place me on admission but after convincing him I would stay home, I was released. But says to endure till end of 1st trimester. So patiently waiting. At least the nausea is down and I can now eat a little without throwing up. Stubborn me went to work yesterday andalmost passed out. Hubby had to come carry me and the scolding no be here, cos he warned me not to go. I am sha very humble now. No work until doc gives go ahead.

my friend o..lol..oya borrow me o...cos the smell no be here. Furniture smell, plastic smell, fruit smell, Perfumes etc..Infact I made dh stop creaming and using anything with fragrance.I've changed soaps like 6 times cos of smell.lol.I can't drink room temperature water cos it makes me puke. Watermelon and Vegetable soups is my biggest challenge. can't keep them down.. so interesting a journey. in all I thank God for everything. I know it will be fine soon.

Pele senior preggy, your nose is my nose's sis, anything and everything smells to me too but i can still cope, don't worry the joyful end is around the corner.

Make your friends around you do the pampering, tell them nicely what they can help with. If possible start scouting for older trusted women that can help you with omugwo for a token, do what makes you happy and relaxed don't think too much of anything that bothers you, be thankful and live for today and know of a fact that tomorrow will always take care of itself, you have come a long way already i can boldly say you have the strength to last through whatever is coming.

we thank God for another week, some of us have crossed 12weeks and now enetering 2nd tri. Yippeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!

Yesterday 22nd Jan was my birthday!!! thankful to God for changing my story and giving me a new song!!!

It is not too early to identify potential hospitals/clinics and gather relevant information for ante-natal. Hope MS has gone or gradually packing load.

I am yet to start anti natal. Was told till am 3months i had a miscarriage August last year at 6weeks.
I currently use folic acid and b-complex. Are these okay or would u recommend other supplements.

You are right on track, folic acid is very essential you can add any other prenatal vitamin/supplement. most common mamas use Pregnacare max or Pregnacare plus, i personally use Pronatal cos it is 1 tab per day

most hospitals start registration from 13weeks/3months except where there is a need to start earlier.

feel free to mingle, ask questions and offer answers when you can.
