Good morning team February. To God be the glory, my Edd was 13th Feb but I gave birth yesterday 31st Jan. I was 38weeks 2days. I am a FTM and I am advising all pregnant women out there that it is not easy and if you can afford Epidural please use it coz it really helped with my pain. I don’t know how it would have been without Epidural. Be at last I give God the praise because Child birth is a miracle. My fellow team feb and all other pregnant mothers I wish you all a safe delivery. And again don’t be afraid. I was afraid to be given a tear during child birth but I didn’t feel a thing and now in my recovery stage it wasn’t as bad as I thought. Just keep your mind open and believe that you can do it. God is a miracle worker�.

It happened the first time I took it then the pains stopped when I continued. Careful not to do anything to the nips again, just leave the whitish stuff if it doesn't go while bathing, drink more than enough water it helps with cramps and pains. Me sef i dey that sprite crew but the ORT version from bfp to like week 8, that and over diluted lemon water were the only things that calmed my highly sensitive system

So I went for atenantal 2weeks ago and d doctor used tape 2 measure my Tommy and it was measuring 26 weeks against 35 weeks,dey sent me 2 go and do a bio phiscial profile and everything was fine and baby was measuring 35weeks,I went again for atenantal 2day and dey said the same thing that the tape is still giving them 26weeks.am beginning 2 get scared oooo..abeg sabi mama mk una help me chuk mouth ooo b4 I go get bp..

I think there is a reason tapes are not used as standard pregnancy measurement. if scan says everything is fine i will pick that over the measuring tape for me i think measuring tape is archaic jare. I will even tell them not to come near me with it, what's the use of unnecessary apprehension

I remember during my H&H 9months, we had this clock in our bedroom, that used to shout kpakpakpakpa all the time and headache was always worrying me. Each time I slept in the room, I want to quench, so before dh came I took d clock to the other room and he broughy it back that was how flung the clock and almost broke our bureau mirror. Even in d oda room, I cld still hear dat troublesome clock. The next morning I wrapped d clock and sent it to BWMB

1. When can one register for ante-nantal?
2. Someone said sweet things such as drinks cold water should be avoided at an early stage of pregnancy, how true is this please?
3. At how many weeks do one knows the sex of the baby?
Thank you all as you provide answers to my questions.

1. If you are a first time mum, you can register as early as 3 months, get familiar with the routine, know when you will have ur scan, TT shots & routine anti-malaria plus other necessary things u need to do, Second time mums already know the process so usually not in a hurry

2. Myths and not true, all i wanted was cold water in early days, cos i was constantly feeling hot & uncomfortable i couldn't even stomach anything sweet or sugary, cos it gave me diarrhea but you are advised to avoid pineapple, pawpaw & potash as they have the ability to cause the uterus to contract, cramps and cause MC at the worse sometimes. Just take things is moderation

3. From around 18weeks
