You should know that getting a visa is a privilege and not a right.

The visa officer reserves the right to deny your visa application with reasonable reasons.

While some will see your medical tourism as no big deal, most will flag this as giving birth in Canada is expensive for foreigners and this is where scrutiny comes from.

Order for your gcms notes (Google search : gcms note) and see the exact reason you were denied. This might take anywhere from 30+ days to be available.

I actually did, but I was thinking because they are not very recent that’s why this was mentioned, I intend to reapply and include travel history in a letter to explain I returned after all the international travel I made then, even when financial and marital status wasn’t what it is now, then also explain to address Other concerns also

You need to address the the concern of the consular officer such as ; financial status and personal assets, family ties in Canada and Nigeria and lastly your travel history. Address all this issues then you might have a chance.

Thank you sis. The aspect that fear me is that after myomectomy and one got pregnant after say 3months, one will have to do operation again for child birth after a year of first operation. I have also heared what you said from someone that did it too.

My question now is
After the first birth from myomectomy and CS, will one have to wait for minimum of two to three years before another pregnancy?

Another fear is that fibriod, cyst , or endometriosis of a thing could still find itself back after long wait before another pregnancy. Except someone use drug that will not make one menstruate for a period of time. Doctor told me that even after myomectomy, he will prescribe a drug for 3 months that will make the root of the fibriod and cyst or reminants or so to dry up but will not make one menstruate.
There is another drug another doctor talked about that will not make those shits stop growing and dry up but will make one to start behaving like a man . It has male hormones. I have forgotten his explaination jare.

Were you giving drugs like that after myomectomy?

Hello Sis, I wasn't given any drug after myomectomy to avoid regrowth of fibroid or to even avoid adhesion/ scar tissue although one other Dr I made enquiries from before my myomectomy mentioned something of such.

One thing I know is change in diet by avoiding foods that encourage growth of fibriod will help post myomectomy. Also best option is to work towards achieving pregnancy as soon as possible after myomectomy once you have your Dr's clearance

I would advise you take one step at a time and focus on your immediate needs for now, don't start getting worked up about mode delivery of your 2nd child/ subsequent children now. Situations and circumstances will give best guidance on what needs to be done per time. Also most people usually get pregnant even with fibriods or mostly just require one episode of surgery. It is when there is delay that everything begins to get scrutinised

Hello house, i just received the shock of my life i submitted my online application 10th of December, had my biometric 14th Dec and just received refusal today 23rd Dec, i am shocked because i didn't expect the response to be this fast, could you please advise how i can reapply and meet up with below reasons for refusal? I actually don’t know of any other test, vasoprin is actually low dose aspirin, the more intense ones I was referring to is the likes of heparin, lovenox and even intralipids fusion to calm antibodies that may want to attack the embryo/foetus which it sees as foreign body

Hello Sis, from your description, my thoughts goes to blood clotting disorder just like mama Jellos mentioned has your Dr explored anything on this topic? Antiphospholipid is the most common one that causes early losses like you explained and it is very treatable and manageable in pregnancy

I think that Serapeptase works for pains o. My crazy painful menstruation with pelvic and abdominal pain has stopped during usage.

Please how many months after the surgery can one resume sex and become pregnant if there is no other underlying condition?

What can be used or be done or what should be avoided to make recuperation faster?

Serapeptase has blood thinning effect so you should avoid it before surgery you can start taking it around 6 weeks after surgery but I don't think you should or will need to start taking that early except to avoid scar tissues and I will advise low dose sef.

I see myomectomy as similar to CS birth you body needs time to heal well before conception to avoid complications, although my Dr advised to start trying from 3 months after surgery. I conceived 6 months after myomectomy and everything is fine to the glory of God, but you should know any pregnancy before 12minths to 18months after pelvic surgery for most Dr's means automatic CS for mode of delivery as they won't want to take chances with your uterus and contractions

Oh baby, pele o that was how I felt when i took my first dose, infact it was like i came down with fever, didn't get myself for 2 days after taking the shot and i couldn't sleep on the left side cos the shot site was achy and swollen, just rest well you will be fine.

For the 2nd dose i gave myself brain and took paracetamol few minutes before taking it and i felt way better

I had painful ones all over my neck, chest/collar bone, face and chin, but it cleared out beginning of 2nd tri, though i was using diluted apple cider vinegar as cleanser morning and night which helped it to dry up and reduced the pain, so hopefully it will clear out also for her.

Hello Sis, excessive and frequent headache is not normal in pregnancy, it is mostly associated with pre-eclampsia along with other symptoms, please see your Dr and complain don't wait or take it for granted

Also are you eating and taking water frequently? and sleeping well? dehydration can also cause this, pls pls and pls just visit your hospital and complain to your Dr.

it is well sis, going for surgery doesn't mean one lacks faith, it even takes great faith to attempt it. I see it as taking care of the body God has given us and don't let anyone make you feel inadequate so long your hubby doesn't mind. God is interested in our well being and doesn't want us to suffer unduly, just pray about it and let God lead you, whatever decision you take after praying will be the best.

Why don't you try and arrange for someone to come help/ take-care of your kids when you are away? and even after your delivery

Like mama Omakraid said, let her avoid late evening/night eating or she can take light small meals. This was what i did during my 1st tri when i was usually bloated at night with alot of discomfort. most times i incorporate cabbage in my afternoon meal, cos it helps with bloating and i sleep upright with lots of pillows to support my back and sides if i still ended up bloated at night.

Don't worry that is 1st tri palava, it will soon be over. All the best daddy.

I told my pastor about the bladder prolapse and that doctor said if it doesn't go back by tomorrow which is my next appointment,he will book me for C.S next week. He encouraged me to exercise faith that it will definitely go back. Am exercising faith o,hubby is also a pastor but he is already preparing for whatever comes because he doesn't want to take chances. I have also been reading about it but nothing much on it and vagina delivery on the internet. Pls if anyone has idea,just enlighten me more. Do you think I should wait till labour starts and try vagina delivery with faith or I should just go for the C.S? The bladder prolapse is still too there as I type,if open my V,you will easily see it protruding but I feel since I have delivered vaginally twice before,maybe I can try it.

Hello Mama, in my opinion, i don't think you should attempt vag. delivery with bladder prolapse, remember by prolapse it means the bladder is already displaced from where it is suppose to be and v.delivery will definitely put more pressure on it, it may even obstruct baby's passage and eventually lead to other complications which one does not envisage, plus you don't know how experienced your Dr/hospital is with managing such, so my candid advise even if you have faith it will heal is that don't joke with your body just follow Dr's advise and jejely have CS.

It simply means any Nigerian passenger departing from Nigeria and heading to Canada will not be allowed to board. Only Canadians and permanent residents. Please also note that a Nigerian can also be a permanent resident and in such a case he or she would be allowed to board. But if you are a Nigerian and departing from another Country you are good to go as long as you were not in Nigeria in the last 14days before boarding the plane.
So in simple terms it means no Nigerian visitors or Students departing from Nigeria is allowed into Canada for now. But if you are a Nigerian and you have permanent resident status in Canada. You are free to travel from Nigeria.

Lupron is a substitute for HCG for trigger so you can't take it anymore, and can't even take both together. Take your mind off having ohss and just have faith for a bfp instead

Good evening mamas in the house, I am sorry I have been away for so long, I needed to work on my mental health so I took a break from ttc, I worked on pcos and now my ovaries are normal, before the break my right ovary healed first, and I hav been ovulating from my right ovary but yet no pregnancy, so this cycle my doctor asked me to do another TVs which I did and both ovaries are normal now, in the past I stimulated with 5mg letrozole and I always had just one follicle, but this cycle I have 4 as of today from 2.5mg letrozole and bitter leave juice.
Getting to meet my doctor she asked me to trigger with hcg shot which she gave me, I am scared because of ohss because on the scan result there is significant fluid in the pouch of Douglas, I use ubth

Hello Sis, pls use the trigger or ask your Dr if you can use luprolide instead of HCG shot. ohss is usually caused by higher dosage of stimulation drugs especially with ivf.

If you don't trigger and your body doesn't produce enough hormones to hatch/rupture the follicles you stand the risk of having the follicles turn to cysts.
