na wa, na wa.

shaking my head!

Its a pity that you can take the man out of the pit latrine but you can't take the pit latrine out of the man. Some people and their brainwashing sha.

No wonder suicide bombers and excessive aggressiveness are the norm in some areas. Its a sign of being anally retentive- to some, even the thought of shitting itself must be from evil spirits. I'm sure there's a hadith explaining that.

The shit wey all of una dey scream over as if na another person own, no be from inside una intestine the thing dey come? If you like oh, don't even use the toilet at all, and keep the stuff inside. That's the easiest route to meet your maker and ask him why he didnt make you without a butthole.

Insects and microscopic objects wey dey inside the air everywhere- them tell you say them no dey pass microscopic faeces? If you no see am- does that mean e no dey there?

Even the carbondioxide you're breathing out is a waste product- any rules about that too? Likewise sweat is a waste product. You no wan sweat again?

Olabawale et al- once again I ask- are you still using pit latrine in this modern age. Because you sound as if you don't even clean your toilet sef, hence your insistence that all toilets must be dirty. I don't even want to imagine the state of the toilets in your home. undecided

What you people fail to understand is that the ability and willingness or effort to clean up is the operative term here, not the demonizing of functions in your body that you still can't do without anyway. If you no shit you go die be that. Take it or leave it. You may prefer to die rather than shit anyway. na you sabi.

abeg if you hear satan talking to you in the toilet go see a mental health specialist.

Ebira crisis: I’m ready to die for Ndigbo —Gov. Idris

Barely 24 hours after the Igbo community living in the Central Senatorial District (Ebira speaking people) of Kogi state sent a Save Our Soul (SOS) to the Kogi State governor Ibrahim Idris over threat to their lives by some suspected hoodlums, the governor has said he is ready to die to save the lives of Igbo and other residents in the area.

The governor stated this just as he threatened to depose any traditional ruler found to be involved in the crises and gave a two-week ultimatum to the warring youths to surrender their arms or face the wrath of the law.

Idris said these on Friday during a three-hour close-door meeting with the traditional rulers, local government chairmen, and stakeholders from the area.

The governor, who spoke through his Special Assistant on Public Communication and Strategy, Hon Phrank Shaubu, said intelligence report available to the government indicated that some traditional rulers and politicians were fuelling the crises engulfing the senatorial district.

He also said that any politicians found to have been involved would also be dealt with no matter how highly placed.

He ordered security agencies to locate and crack down all the thugs using both uncompleted and completed buildings as their barracks to commit heinous crime.

According the governor, "I am prepared to lay down my life in the battle to save Ebiraland and the innocent people including the Igbo living there from being molested by these miscreants".

Meanwhile, the state government has set up a seven-man committee headed by the Secretary to State Government (SSG) to produce a White Paper on the recommendations of Gen. Chris Ali on the crises in Ebiraland.

The committee is expected submit its report within one week.

It would be recalled that on Thursday, the Igbo traders in the Central Senatorial District (Ebira speaking areas) of the State sent an SOS to Governor Idris over threat of harassment, intimidation and kidnapping by their host communities.

The traders, who staged a peaceful protest match to the State Government House, Lokoja said they could no longer bear the harassment being meted to them by their hosts.

President–General of Igbo Community in Ebiraland, Chief Joe Anikwe, pleaded with Idris to intervene urgently, saying that some suspected hoodlums had barely a week ago kidnapped one of their members and demanded a ransom payment of N150 million before he would be released.

However, he said the quick intervention of the Okene Divisional Police Officer saved the trader from the kidnappers.

"Your Excellency sir, just yesterday, four armed thugs again invaded our shops along Library road, demanding the sum of N50,000 each from the traders and in the process started firing guns at them but we thank God nobody was killed but one of us sustained serious injuries.

Responding, Idris condemned the attacks on the traders, saying that the Ndigbo are part and parcel of Kogi State and as such nobody has the right to harass or intimidate them.

He promised to take the matter up with the presidency on the need to invite the military to check the activities of hoodlums.

Ohanaeze rejects incitement of Ndigbo against Yoruba

The apex Igbo socio-cultural organisation, Ohanaeze Ndigbo, has criticised some persons for inciting Igbo living in some communities in Ondo State against their hosts.

The group, in a statement signed by its Ondo State Chairman, Mr. Leonard Anya, and Secretary, Mr. Innocent Ochuagu, also warned such persons to desist from causing disaffection between Igbos and their hosts. He described the Yoruba as an accommodating people who did not discriminate against their guests, adding that it would be an act of ingratitude for anyone to undermine the harmonious relationship between them and the Igbo.

Anya said in the statement, The Ondo State branch of the Ohanaeze Ndigbo regrets the dubious action of these mischievous members of Igbo community who go about inciting Ndigbo against their host communities thereby tarnishing the image of this apex Igbo socio-cultural organisation in Ondo State.” The Ohanaeze also urged members of the public not to recognise some people parading themselves as Eze Igbo in some local government areas of the state.

Anya stated that the Council of Traditional Rulers in the entire South-East with the support of the five South-East governors had abolished the title of Eze Igbo in the Diaspora. According to him, the title was abolished at a meeting held in Umuahia, the Abia State capital in February 2008, adding that it was a source of concern that some persons were still parading themselves as Eze Igbo.

a long dissertation like this and yet the zina remains unclear.

sounds like a person or a drink.

Can you people learn to state your point without using long flowery language. Its good for fiction but not when trying to discuss something.

no matter how clean your toilet is, it remains the dirtiest part of your residence ( at least we hope) unless you defeacate elsewhere in the house. cheesy
do you have a flushing toilet, or you still use pit latrine?

The mess in my own toilet goes straight to the underground sewers outside the house. Dont know about you. cheesy

So assuming you have a small child in your vicinity- do you take them to the toilet to do their stuff? Even small pikin wey dey wear diaper?

One should not stay unnecessarily long in the toilet. Its not your bedroom, or living room, library , etc.
Its the toilet! Its the dirtiest part of the house!

When the devil whisper, in suggesion to Adam and his wife, Eve, to go to the tree, against the Lord's warning/commandment, the sin committed by them was not just the hearing the whisper.

The sin they committed is the acting upon the whisper, what suggested by it. When you make the toilet your
your favorite room in the house, then you can expect to have all types of things that that may be ungodly running through your mind! Or do you choose the toilet as the place for you to think about God? Do you stay in the toilet, always fully dressed?
@ bolded: are you talking of pit latrine here or what. If the toilet is the dirtiest room in the house, then that means someone isnt keeping it clean like they ought to. Shows laziness, in these days of bleach, toilet cleaners, air fresheners, soap and water.

and was Eve deceived while she was in the toilet?

Even you should know the evil spirits you're afraid of, can meet you anywhere and not only in the toilet.
