In waec( not ssce), five credits is considered the pass mark.

The five credits must include english and mathematics and can be combined from two sittings.

So, the result we see here is nothing new, he obviously did not need physics and chemistry and in addition, might have already had the credits necessary for admission into a tertiary institution.

And, pass mark is C and above. The actual grade doesn't matter as long as its not below a C.

Laptops are as common as paper notebooks these days.
