biolabee: tpis im sorry u have also succeeded in derailing this threadtrue, the thread was derailed a bit but that shouldnt prevent the whole issue being sorted out. one needs to take a break occasionally from the high volume sometimes. besides, everyone has said everything that needed to be said, and given their various opinions whether positive or negative, dont see what more i can add, i already made my observations. not like i'm seeing any of the money anyway, so i think i can take it slow here. just my two cents. |
obadiah777: THATS WHY YALL NEED TO COME BACK TO NAIJA. AMERICA IS FINISHEDthe whole world is finished, if it comes to that. ![]() as per coming to nigeria, i dont have a problem with it, but only if i wont be kidnapped and harassed over the meager $200-$300 pocket money i'd have on me? ![]() i dont resemble model, i no be yellow pawpaw or halle berry, i'm not an acquaintance or relative of any moneybag,so ideally there shouldnt be anything wey anybody wan find for my side. ![]() |
obadiah777: PLEASE DONT COMPARE NAIJA MONEY TO AMERICAN MONEY. HOW MUCH DO YOU GUYS EARN IN AMERICA ? $50 / HOUR ? $2000 A WEEK ? IN NIGERIA THAT IS SUYA MONEY FOR THE WEEKEND. A 20 YEAR OLD GUY IN NAIJA CAN PRODUCE 5 MILLION NAIRA WITHOUT FLINCHING. MONEY DEY NAIJA OOOOOOfor some people! as per $50 an hour- how many people actually earn that? aside from nursing (ie with overtime since nurses are rarely started off with that amount, if ever), do you know how many years of school you'd have to pass through to get to that level. dont know about blue collar jobs sha. |
how much exactly is owed? N900,000 or N300,000? N900,000 is about $6000 while N300,000 is about $2000. some of you folks in nigeria are richer than people in the US, unless such people have illegal (and untaxed) sources of income or have no bills or responsibilities. as such, producing $6000 at the drop of a hat isnt exactly a walk in the park. anyway, i'm just observing although it seems there's a lot of issues which are still ongoing. |
CFCfan: NB: This thread is on the front-page.cosmetics business is good money. cant argue with that. |
mystiqueem: FACT: When a lady goes out without a stitch of makeup on, two things are evident; it either she's really a Greek Goddess or she's simply saying to the world - my guy is broke/cheap/or doesn't care about my well being!i dont get your post. you're saying the lady looks better in the third picture than the first one? |
women are the ones who value makeup, ie women are the ones who consider it a priority. the men just go along with whatever the women want. although men have made good money from owning makeup companies sha. |
probably middle belt. niger, benue, or in between, i'm guessing. the clifford sounds south south though. i assume he is nigerian. |
hmm, i see you need time to gather your thoughts and try logicboy is getting rather bold these days, he no dey even fear me anymore , just mentioning my name anyhow as if he's forgotten we are not strangers to each other in this place? ![]() se na deols dey shack you or what exactly. |
i agree with the thread title. the only real love is found in 1 cor 13. anything else, is fantasy especially in the context of "romance" |
whats up with that thread? its such a beautiful thread.
why is it a beautiful thread? |
waka pass! the thread is not for you. |
acts Now in the church at Antioch there were prophets and teachers: Barnabas, Simeon called Nigermatthew As they were going out, they met a man from Cyrene, named Simon, and they forced him to carry the crosswiki cyrene(Greek: Κυρήνη, Kyrēnē) was an ancient Greek colony and then a Roman city in present-day Shahhat, Libya, the oldest and most important of the five Greek cities in the region. It gave eastern Libya the classical name Cyrenaica that it has retained to modern times. |
We are all aware of how they looted and plundered our country of its vast resources, destroyed & weakened our Kingdoms/Chiefdoms, massacred many of us, enslaved us, destroyed our cultures, tore down our forests, etc. .not without our help. please check this thread: https://www.nairaland.com/1046493/nigerians-it-time-look-towards |
if they had not come, you wouldnt be christians todaychristianity didnt originate in europe. it was in africa right from its inception. so, you are wrong. |
swtcharissa: Marry no b problem, make e stand text of time nai we dey talkpeople marry for different reasons. inasmuch as the average person doesnt know the reason why any two persons [in particular, celebrities], decided to sign the dotted line, they [the couple] are the ones who "know" what foundation their "union" is based on. all the public can do is siddon look, and duly acknowledge/comment on whichever photos they or their media decide to make public. what i'm saying is time isnt necessarily what a couple would consider important, unless some form of financial structure is attached to it [time]. |
you people tend to focus on wedding day, eating large amounts of food, unusual or weird transportation, and p.ornographic poses. did i leave anything out? |
dasparrow: @Posti was thinking the same, i heard bug spray doesnt work in nigeria, bugs probably eat the stuff like candy. |
the husband said he's well, and in the uk eating fish and chips. um, why has nothing been heard from prezzo's end till date. is he starting his own vow of silence? |
what ever happened to the notion of privacy, or private. everything is now supposed to be done in front of an audience. what on earth is this poster above me ranting about? |
i did think the whole thing sounded like it had a romance angle to it from the getgo, but didnt want to say anything since it was just a feeling i had. besides, h,orny males [ok, and females too] full this nl, , just saying.nothing like "platonic" here, the word has no meaning. |
well, that is how most women dress nowadays. |
my own question is did nigerian men offend her, lol. no single nigerian male in this mix? na so we ugly? |
kind of verifies this illuminati rumour, in a way. obviously, these people know what they're doing. |
. |
well, na so e be, i suppose. you folks have dragged me out of muslim section, some people there will probably be thanking you, |
onatisi: some facts cannot be dsputed ,folks are saying goldie posted something on twitter about having had her eggs checked, maybe in readiness for something? one tweet which is rather difficult to understand is this one: The sweetest fragrance a girl can wear is the smell of her man's success...God bless the man who truly ♥z me&does all he can2C me smile.who is the man she was referring to? The husband, prezzo, or yet another unidentified male. surely couldnt be denrele? I dont think he's her "man" though i stand corrected if wrong. |
AMBCS Associate Member of the British Computer Society CCAI Cisco Certified Academy Instructor masters- Computer Network Management and Security bachelor's - Computer Communications lady got her bases covered, i see. |
did goldie have a child when younger and before she married the husband? just curious. |
this kind of stuff takes a lot out of women, imo. however, i guess if it had no benefits, people wouldnt be doing it. |
gomeek: So for how long exactly was dis single married life supposed 2 last.who knows. her words here are even more puzzling: I am from Ekiti State, not a half-castehttp://news2.onlinenigeria.com/news/top-stories/81559-goldie-the-misconceptions-and-facts-of-a-nigerian-musician.html considering the fact that she was married to a white guy. |
the woman enjoyed her life ojare. that's what we call women liberation. freedom to have various men with no side effect, in a country where culture supposedly does not allow a woman to openly do such. but, she wasnt into nigerian males or why no show for that side. |
