lumideezle: Davidoz Dad DR Adeleke single handedly sponsored his ender Broz Isiska Campaign to become Governor. The Family is simply a case of money being passed down from Generation to generation. Now Davido has come to add Fame to d money.
Oh lord this is ma dream
thanks.

yes, it seems the money is family owned.

this is why some people prefer to marry into wealthy families.

Islam › Re: Your Thoughts On A Combined Wedding/Nikkai Ceremony by tpia5: 5:39pm On Dec 29, 2012
Wedding ceremony is different from marriage.

Those who can attend one or both of the combined one, should do so, and those who cant for whatever reason, should not.

Minus the immediate families involved, it does not concern other people.

If that's the way the couple wants it, and their families have agreed to it, then that's that.
Am shocked as well. one thing ve learned from Nairaland is the extent Yoruba folks will go to support 'their own' worthless elements at any cost. To say they are shameless is an understatement
nwando: Not at all, this is in the romance department dear.
I am Igbo and my first 2 boyfriends Ade and Gbolahan were Yorubas and they were great guys.
(hope they're not on nairaland)
My best friend also married a Yoruba guy.
nwando: Do you  know that Igbo women are more likely than other Nigerian women to marry outside of their tribe and country.
The number of Igbo women married especially to Yoruba men would astound you.
What is it about Yoruba men and Igbo women?
A number of my friends and family are married to Yoruba men.
What is the chemistry?

if you dont know who "nwando" is, then good for you.

i'll bring you the thread where she emphatically stated she found yoruba men better "removers" of her knickers than igbo men, when i find it.

op/nwando= babyosisi/babymama

i think she said one gbenga rocked her knickers back in the day.

all her anti-yoruba rants must be from the frustration of not getting the guy.

there's another thread where she was comparing yoruba men's stuff with igbo own, and according to her, yoruba was the winner.

obsessed, obviously.
Romance › Re: How Do You Restrain Yourself From Falling In Love? by tpia5: 5:50pm On Dec 28, 2012
I formerly created a thread asking if anyone has ever been single for more than a year and the comments proved that most people have been single all their lives.
which thread was that.

funny comment, btw

This got me perplexed and incredulous wondering if they have a heart made of stone or something. Whether it's a conscious deliberate attempt or principles that I do not know.
perhaps!

dont quite get your point though.
Family › Re: Give Birth In The Usa Cost And Procedures by tpia5: 5:45pm On Dec 28, 2012
payless: I know of one man whose wife deleivered five times in the USA without paying a dime. The man's sister is an American citizen and the sister uses the children social security number to get favor from IRS and government every year. The annoying part is, the guy always boasting to friends about his children being American citizens with bright future.
@ bolded

not sure what that means.

nigerian citizens have brighter future, imo, all things considered.
