the first time we Were Intimate, we argued for over 2hours as I said no to unprotected sex
hmm, arguing for 2 hours over whether or not to use a condom? Didnt know people did that.

but after some sweet talks, I agreed and we continue like that.
oh, sweet talks- it all makes sense now.
Family › Re: An Igbo Girl: Attracted To Yoruba Men: Father Says Over His Dead Body. by tpia5: 4:59pm On Oct 11, 2012
fake thread. most likely.

Even when some fathers are blinded and biased with tribalism?
are you saying they dont know what they're talking about? huh Why dont you go and preach to Indians then?

i dont know why some people are always disturbing others with all this dating rigmarole? huh

if his blood is not dilited with that of another tribe (preferable Igbo)
his blood being diluted with igbo or some other tribe, means someone will be a good husband?

that's news to me!!!!

I thought if you liked "exotic", you liked "exotic"- totally different from being or considering somebody marriage material!
Family › Re: An Igbo Girl: Attracted To Yoruba Men: Father Says Over His Dead Body. by tpia5: 4:59pm On Oct 11, 2012
FOR SOME REASONS I'M ATTRACTED TO YORUBA MEN. INFACT I COULD GO FOR ANY TRIBE EXCEPT IGBO.
bolded should be the thread title, its about you and your issues, not yoruba.

AFTER TWO YEARS OF SEARCHING FOR THE PERFECT IGBO GUY, I MET AN AWESOME YORUBA GUY "again"
where did you find the "yoruba" guy?

in igboland? huh

but i am just not attracted to igbo men
attract yourself to igbo men, dear, if the matter bothers you so much.
Crime › Re: ALUU Community Recounts Its Losses After Student's Rampage by tpia5:
some people lack empathy.

they dont realize this is a character defect and might be a result of a generational curse.

same lack of empathy that led to the boys being killed to begin with. Not surprised they dont see it.

not sure why anyone would want to remain there. . . . . .

check the meaning of "white flight"

at the first sign of trouble (not even anything as horrible as this), oyibos will pack their bags and hightail it out of a place.

they will not wait to be beseiged by multiple attacks of armed robbers, talkless have things get to the extent where this kind of barbarism will happen.

unless dem don change o!!

dont quote south africa or similar countries, thanks.

interesting.

didnt know there was a name for it, and yes, there are people who are sad to see you happy and happy to see you sad.

fact of life.

likewise some may have noticed anytime they show happiness, it might be followed by some catastrophe. So, they limit such emotion.
Islam › Re: Do You Think You Are Handsome Or Beautiful? by tpia5: 4:22pm On Oct 11, 2012
sino: its quite easy for one who has one or all the qualities listed by the OP to fall into pride,
i hope you're not saying an ugly or poor person cant also be proud, arrogant and egotistical?

beware of judging what you yourself will be judged for.

if someone you know is on that path, find a way to tell them if you feel it cant be ignored. Dont just start making threats in this manner.

Culture › Re: Who Is An Igbo/what Makes Someone An Igbo? by tpia5: 4:12pm On Oct 11, 2012
if you're born of igbo parents, you're igbo.

if you're igbo by adoption, you're igbo.

if you feel (ie want to be) you're igbo, you're igbo.

oyb: i am trying to picture similar circumstances in which i will be caught that will make my captors assume i am an armed robber

1) i will have to be in a strange community/neighbourhood at an ungodly hour
2)i will no be able to give a coherent reason for being there
3) no one will be able to vouch for my presence there
4) i will be carrying some sort of weapon or tool that will mark me as a robber
5)i will be engaged in suspicious activity
6)i will be in a group - three or four others
you mean to say in nigeria, you cant be walking on a street in broad daylight, somebody shouts his penis is missing and you stole it, and a crowd wont gather on the spot to lynch the person? huh

as has happened numerous times in the country?

does that mean you stole his penis?

does it mean you're a cultist who goes around stealing joysticks?

does it make the mob right ?

should they mete out jungle justice because somebody said his penis is missing?

will they listen to your defence, if any? (while you're still considering the ridiculousness of the charge and assuming there are sane people in the crowd)

if indeed the accuser is examined and found to lack a penis, does that mean you took it?

instead of the nl vigilantes to wonder why students are being murdered across nigeria, they're busy trying to downplay gruesome killings and cannibalism.

did these students prevent you from going to school?

understand the concept of "prey".

dont allow yourself to be one.

and dont assume someone can be trusted just because they're charming, have charisma, or for whatever reason.

let birds of a feather flock together.

Crime › Re: Villagers Flee Aluu For Fear Of Arrests by tpia5: 9:44am On Oct 10, 2012
deelicious: Acidtalk or whatever ur name is..what exactly is your point? Its like you are even from that evil village but u just dont know how to say it. Hunting people like berem up and down with silly replies to their comments (Even if their comments are not 100% right). Whats all this nonsense about bringing up past issues and saying that because people kept quiet during those times they have no basis to express their viewpoints nowhuh The reason why there is so much reaction in this case is that the horrible and gruesome videotape and pictures are right in their faces. So why wont there be outrage? In life just one catalyst is enough to trigger a revolution, it doesn't matter which. For the fact that people are speaking out now then its something.
So do we keep our mouths shut just because its been happening before or because politicians steal money every day then we should remain sentenced to silence?
Pls think well before u make useless comments just because this is cyberspace and anything goes angry
anyone who thinks acidtalk is harmless and just commenting casually on nl, needs to have a rethink.
