Please discuss these things before marriage in order to reduce the rate at which these threads are spamming the forum.
if you and your partner do not agree on some things, you can call off the relationship before you get married. |

just add 1, 2 etc to your new moniker after the ban, instead of changing to something totally different.
or if you must switch to a new id, indicate your old one in your signature or something.

omicron: RESOURCES - Federal government has more resources at its disposal. All othef things being equal, this makes the Federal Instititions more efficient. More resources, more equipment, more pay for workers, more research, more most things. everything federal is more. |
Education › Re: Difference Between State And Federal Medical School In Nigeria by tpiah01: 7:43pm On Mar 03, 2015 |
omicron: YES and NO
YES cos the factors that are in favour of the federal schools will also translate to better training and teaching of doctors.
No, cos the state teaching hospitals too must have attained a MINIMUM standard needed to train doctors. If that is the case, than any MOTIVATED student can attain any height as obtainable in the federal hospitals.
It's statistics. For eg, it is possible any given student from a state hospital to better than another given student from the federal hospital, with both in the same class. But when you take the AVERAGE, it should be seen that the average federal student will have received more ''training and exposure'' than the average state-hospital trained doctor.
But note that being a ''good doctor'' transcends the institution where one was trained. It is the sum total of who and what the doctor is. you've said most of what needs to be said. I think state teaching hospitals can meet whatever standards are required (at least the patients are there), but good management and administration are very necessary. |

sainty2k3: My experience so far, there is no doctor from federal or doctor from state university, all we have is good doctors and the bad ones. Any school accredited to train medical students definitely have what it takes to produce a Good doctor, be it federal university or state owned university true. |

drrionelli: Indeed, such births are not really as uncommon as one might think. Please consider that any fraternal twins have no more genetic commonalities with one another than had they been born as singles. To see such babies as twins only drives home the point of expressed genetic diversity.
Perhaps these types of births can further stress to the masses that we really are, indeed, more alike than we are different! We're sisters and brothers regardless of what we look like. black people tend to emphasize this more than other races. |

UK seems to be producing a lot of these twins, however, its very common in south/central americas, not so unusual in those places where mixed people are many.
in addition, the white twin doesnt seem to like being compared with the caramel one.
Not sure she's ok with the publicity. |
