My observation as regards the questions described in the op, is shame felt at nu.dity, is more of a societal influence, determined by societal mores and norms.

meaning you will feel shame at your body if told to do so.

in today's society however, n.udity is not considered a big deal by many folks, if you've got it, flaunt it is the general mantra.

imo, and from the bible account, humans first felt shame at being n.ude after they disobeyed God and ate the fruit.

this shame may or may not have stemmed from the realization certain areas of their body had more than one function.
