I doubt if you guys know that ,man and woman go through almost the same physiological needs (water,food, air,sex, attractions, companionship etc).

The same way when you see a beautiful lady, that a man would go for her even though he is in another relationship,that woman would fall weak too, if she sees man that attracted to her.

It's only culture from time immemorial that preventing women to express such needs whenever they come across it. Nonetheless,the culture is fast fading away going forward.

When you are handsome guy/man, the way you gets women is complete different from average or ugly guys. While handsome guys/men "be on their lane" and women flock them, the average and ugly guys struggling hard to get women, that's hard reality.(Though money is also a factor)
