I thought of what to eat this morning that will give me energy to go to the market later in the day and get soup condiments. I figured out light breakfast doesn't last and will not achieve that feat for me as I'll end up hungry and too tired to even move an inch in a few mins. You all know how light weight bread is nowadays so I came up with this nutritious meal.


I had leftover rice from yesterday, tiny stew like one table spoon . I just quickly arranged.
