I don’t think his cooking strategy was about avoiding nominations. I think it had a lot to do with self interest and survival when there were so many people in the house. Guy man likes to eat well and he knew that the only way to guarantee himself heavy portions and to eat whatever he wants anytime he pleases was by being kitchen prefect.

Can’t you see as he has been gaining weight while others are losing weight. Watch as he will start withdrawing from the kitchen now that the number of people in the house is decreasing and there is more than enough food to go round.
