It’s more than a year now. It's quite hilarious that whenever such an exchange occurs here, NOBODY will notice and SAY OUT LOUD the name of person that ALWAYS starts it. Coward Tranxo will always be blamed. Nobody should mention my name again over this WORTHLESSNESS abeg. |

Peterdigitaviso: My thought about the 'domain is worthless discussion'.
So my advice is try to buy good domains not just worthless crap that you think you can outbound 1000 times to same set of end users. It makes other good domains look worthless. Straight to the point! |

Even Squadhelp is getting into the Geo domaining niche. So this sweeping statement you made is not in order. Lol.. May we live. |

U1: Please has anyone here have good results with sales when including information such as website, phone number, and maybe a social media link (LinkedIn or Facebook) in their signature?
I have repeatedly seen people mention the importance of personal or business information in email signatures. I'm trying to decide if including information that suggests I'm in Nigeria wouldn't hurt. Although I have a US phone number, I don't want to explain why my accent is how it is so I am reluctant to include it.
What do you suggest I include, please?
Thanks in anticipation. All the people in the US do not have American accent. |

deedee44: Speaking of 123reg, I notice the normal price is £15.99, which is above $20. That's quite expensive to renew in case the name is not sold
I also tried to check how much their transfer fee is incase I need to transfer it to another registrar but can't find it. Can anyone throw more light please? It is the receiving registrar that will charge you the transfer fee, not 123reg |

I remember selling the below name for $5,099 in July 2019 on SH, and the SH nameserver never changed till it dropped and was caught last month by someone that listed it on DAN. Possibly an abandoned venture?

IdeasPro: $200 is still okay. Any business sale at a profit moves the entrepreneur forward and upward. Great pal, how go dey go now? Congrats on SquadHelp sales. I noticed something on SquadHelp regarding brandable names. Potential buyers get domain name ideas from SquadHelp platform and go ahead to register it with other extensions i.e. .co, .io especially at registration cost. That's interesting Go dey goo. So many unfinished businesses, so little time. |

IdeasPro: For $1,000 and you're asking whether to accept the offer? Hmm! That money can get you 50 domain names at $10 per domain and you'll still have $500 to solve other personal needs. If you douse the fire in the potential buyer by delay, you may lose the sale. $200 was the buyer's max offer. $1000 is the seller's BIN. |

HIScraziness: My BIN is $1000 and he's the first enduser I contacted yet cause I wanted to see if their email was correct. Should I accept his offer since he says it's his max or push it further a little bit? There is no straight forward answer to this. All I can say without knowing the domain name is, if $200 (less fees) solves/meets your short/long term financial goal(s), accept it. |

Approved and registered as SH owned in June 2019 with an initial commission rate of 25%
Renewed by SH for 2 years (2020 and 2021) with the expected gradual reduction in commission.
Sold on Aug 22 2021 with a commission of 20%
I am not so sure about the buyer, but on Aug 16th, this name was submitted by another creative to a contest. The contest is closed now but no winner has been awarded yet. The person that submitted this name submitted 40 entries, with just 1 getting a high rating (but not shortlisted), while 45 other entries by other contestants were shortlisted.
This is the 5th name that I have sold on SH by the way (though one was purchased through Afternic)
To God be the Glory!

spyder880: Thanks for pointing it out, but I have plans to use nylon sheets and cover the window frames before dressing works, this will protect it from cement splashes and stains, we also clean the frames as soon as work is completed. My painters are usually careful, stains on the windows and other parts of the building is usually minimal, and can be cleaned out during the final clean out when all the jobs are completed. Welcome. spyder880: The importance of lock washers is to keep the nuts screwed tight, "locked" in a position because the spring function of the washer exerts some upward pressure on the lock nut, making it difficult for it to loosen under changes like vibrations. Thanks |
