Hello car lovers! Hope Monday was good?
So, I had to change a Tyre in an emergency situation today and I encountered a problem. After unscrewing two wheel bolts from the Tyre, the third one was not coming off as the wheel spanner could not grip it. Taking a closer look, I discovered that the edges around the wheel bolt has no friction. It was almost round. It took the intervention of a vulcanizer before the bolt could be unscrewed.

My question is, incase of situations where the service of professionals cannot be reached, how can such an issue be handled? Please move to the front page for wider views..

Sprinkle enough rough sand/soil into the wheel spanner to create friction/grip.

I'll go straight to the point. I rented a 2 bedroom flat for my mum last year October, paid agent and lawyer fees, the agent never told me the place has the landlady living in it.

My mum was happy and moved into the apartment, I noticed that after some months she was complaining about the house, I finally went there to see her, guess what? The landlady is a devil in human form, she's an unmarried bitter human who was opportuned to inherit the building from her family.
This woman locked the well and told my mum and younger bro to source for water elsewhere, I was mad when I got to hear what she's making my family go through. I came to the house and removed the padlock she locked the well with, she called my mom and told her to pack out when her rent expires next week.

Well, since she thinks the world revolves around her and wants everyone to fear and worship her, I'll show her what real madness is.

I have decided to ask her for a refund of the agent and lawyer fees I paid since it's barely one year, she can't stress my family this way and get away with it.

To everyone reading this, I have one advice, never live in the same building with the landlord or you would have yourself to blame at the end of the day.

Please nairalanders, Is my action justified?

Do you have a duly signed tenancy agreement?

If yes, what does it say about tenant's use of the well?

So, I got to this white guy who does lead Gen (Internet Marketers should know what I mean by Lead Gen). And the guy laid down how he does massive $$. No gimmicks. Just straight to the point.

Few days ago, another guy talked about how he built his agency setting up landing pages for businesses.

Just clear cut straight to the point... No gimmicks.

But I remember stumbling on a Nigerian YouTube video with some 50-100 people in attendance.

The title of the video was how he made millions but what I saw all "churchy" display with words like "You will become a millionaire this year" and the audience would chorus "yesssssssss"

No laid down methods on how to achieve that.

Just motivational bullshit. I left in less than 5 minutes into the 19 minutes video.

For those of you talking about grace this or that, imagine when you stumbled on this thread, all Iyke was saying is pray to God and you will start making money from domain. Or pray to God so that he can reveal it to you...

He didn't tell you how he registered domains or the kind of domains that you should focus on or how he find end user, and how emails them.

Even Linda Ikeji is not innocent of this kind of charade, it's like a DNA for a lot of Nigerians. She hosted several seminars for girls and it was just filled with motivational speeches, hardly anything was talked on EXACTLY how she did it.

And the funny thing is, this might be a name that just struck to you, and you never checked it in any registrar simply to avoid stories that touch the heart/ getting hitched by others, pending when you have some time to channel to domaining; partly because you're busy with other projects /work. (note, you've had this name in mind for like thee 3 months that you were busy with other projects you were running, and surprisingly, nothing happened to it all these while).

Fast-forward to a day you finally got some time for domaining and then went straight to a registrar to check the availability and register, and lo, it was available and you added to cart immediately but during the process, network was so bad that you couldn't get through the registration that day. So you decided to leave it and conclude the next day .

And next day, on checking back on the registrar to conclude the registration, BOOM it is already registered, and you checked the registration date, it was that same yesterday that you checked it on their registrar for the first time but couldn't conclude cos of network! ! Lol! My brother e be things.

If you as a domainer sincerely believe that names don't get stolen sometimes by mere checking of the availability on some registrars, then I have nothing to say to you other than good luck . I'm not disputing the fact that there can be coincidences but some are not in MHO. Some events are way too real, too practical to be coincidence. But then, to each his own.
