I remember watching a video where he defiantly disrupted a meeting by Nigerian politicians in New York. He bravely spoke the truth in manner that was perplexing and made sure that meeting did not go on that day. A woman (senator or whatever) had arrived a few hours late for the meeting and without apologizing to the attendants proceeded to address them and that was when Sowore stole the show.

He continued with chants of Ole, Barawo etc. The politicians kept threatening but he didn't stop there. He said to them, you left your country in ruins with no electricity, water, roads but flew here for a meeting. Go home, no show for you people today..

They were highly embarrassed and even called the police but Sowore wasn't swayed. That was the day he earned my love. Nigerian politicians really deserve such embarrassment.

Also, I got to know that he had earlier led an anti cultism movement in his university days which put his life in danger as some people sought to kill him. Sowore is my nigga.
