CrimeWTF! Police Inspector Caught Stealing Plantain In Lagos. by Treash(op): 1:40pm On Jul 29, 2016
A police Inspector has gotten much more than
he bargained for after engaging in the same
act he was supposed to stop people from
engaging in. The police inspector identified
only as Joseph and who was attached to the
Railway Police Command, Ebute-Meta, has
been detained. He was detained for allegedly
stealing bunches of plantain.
According to reporters, the suspect was
arrested on Tuesday while trying to hide the
plantain in two trucks. It was learnt that a
senior police officer in the command ordered
his detention and his arraignment for the
crime. A source at the command, however,
said another senior officer pleaded with the
officer that the suspect be released as the
incident could embarrass the command.

“The inspector is attached to the Railway Police
Command. On Tuesday around 12pm, he went
to the commissioner’s lodge and harvested
plantains without any authority. As if that was
not bad enough, he brought two trucks into the
command to take the plantain away. He wanted
to cover up the plantains with some iron sheets
so that he could take them through the gate
without being detected.
“He was on this when some workers at the
Railway Command called the attention of the
authorities to it and he was arrested.”

“The matter is still on. The senior officer who
pleaded that he should not be prosecuted
explained that the action could dent the image
of the command.”

Jobs/VacanciesHow I Was Scammed In A Job Invitation Today. by Treash(op): 4:48pm On Jul 21, 2016
I was in a bid to secure a better job anywhere in Lagos when I ran across a posted bill around Toyin Street, Ikeja. It requested for applicant who could work in a manufacturing company with daily payment of #3,500 after work. Though I was observing it might not be real but I gave a trial. When I called the number on d paper, a lady picked it and she directed me to come for an interview by 7:30am today. She never requested my C.V. In the course of deliberation whether or not I should attend, I called her around 8am the next day if I could still make the interview and she answered in affirmation.

When I got to the venue, the scene I observed was confusing, as it looks like young people were on the pitch, no company building,no sign post. While some people were lecturing others one on one, some were to train people to sing and do exercise (Like NYSC Orientation Camp). When a young lady at the entrance asked of my mission, I told her I was there on an interview of #3,500 daily pay job. Another woman was assigned to sit me down and start lecturing me on the object of the company. I was a bit confused. I wasn't too comfortable with the atmosphere when the lecture started. It was two hours after the interpersonal lecture started that I was told the company was all about promoting health Products and winning new members into GNLD and i had to pay #10,600 to be a member. No daily pay. No manufacturing company. My time wasted. Transport fare wasted. I just pretended like all was well. As I left in regret, I was held by a lady to fill the membership form. I filled it with a fake name, different phone contact and left.

1. E. A. ADEBOYE: Humility is not stupidity or mediocrity. You can live in humility, purity and prosperity at the same time.
2. W. F. KUMUYI: Holiness is not a big deal but the real deal. And holiness is never an excuse for poverty. You can be richly holy.
3. DAVID O OYEDEPO: Faith is a risk you must continue to take if you must continue to be a burden to none and a lift to others.
4. DR. D. K. OLUKOYA: In the school of destiny discovery, recovery and fulfilment, everyone is a fighter, consciously or unconsciously. You have to fight against something if you must be anything in life.
5. JOHNSON SULEMAN: If you don't believe in miracle, you will die in ridicule. If you condemn true miracles, you will continue to befriend real trouble and ridicule.
6. PAUL ENENCHE: You don't have to be big in stature to dare big project. You don't need a big stature to make big impact. All you need is God's grace, big heart and right mentality.
7. DAVID IBIYEOME: You cannot experience divine enlargement on every side until you enlarge your mindset. And nothing will move until you make the move!
