Pocket money was 6k monthly. But I had loads of food stuffs
A bag of Foreign Rice was 4k then
Only collected pocket money for a semester before I grew up...
10k/week should be cool for your bro

I experienced his too.

You are a wicked somebody.. the 100k per semester is less than the 30k you were collecting in 2017 ..
100k per semester is rubbish.. why would anybody pay a teenager once in a semester, when you know he can finish all the money in a week.. if you guys were collecting 30k per month in 2017.. it is fair he gets like 50 or 60k now..

I support this.

It doesn't make any sense giving a whole semester stipend to a Teenager at once.

The money should be sent In bits either Weekly/Monthly.

I usually send my little cousin her Stipend monthly.

I expected them to have Rushed the POS Machine now. Their Customers should make payment through the POS Machine😊

Many SMEs are now missing out because they failed to acquire the POS Machine.

How many pieces of this 200 were in circulation prior to your mop up? Why are you not talking about printing more new notes when we can only have access to 200 old notes? I still think your whole plan is flawed! I pray the (s) election holds on Saturday as scheduled, let's move on with our money! If you earn 100k in naija, you'll get 70k if you want cash

It's a Welcome Development🤣🤣🤣

Buhari and Emefiele are acting In the best Interest and Welfare of Nigerians.

It's a bad policy. You cannot go completely cashless and you cannot force people within few months to go cashless. They create problems for us when none existed. We can go cashless without all the associated problems created.

Wow Ikeja to Agege. That's lengthy.

You could have Just closed eyes and withdraw at POS Outlet. Highest they will Charge 20% of the 3k.

Imagine banks still loading old notes and some people here are praising Buhari and his Stooge.

I actually did but regretted doing so because I suffered. I had to collect the same old notes with high charges from the POS because the new notes is not available.

And after buying and selling with the old notes again. This is the what average Nigerian go through because of this policy.

A welcome development.

However, CBN should Inject more of the new notes into the economy. Ours is more of a cash driven economy. While finding alternatives It shouldn't be a crime to spend cash.
