I left Nigeria for UK few months ago.

The dream took 4 years to come to pass.

I started by saving up money during my housemanship.

After NYSC,I was lucky to start residency programme. I still worked in private hospitals at my free time.
Meanwhile,I took the necessary exams..In Nigeria and UK.

Passed...Got an offer in Norwich,where I'm based now.
My hubby is making plans to join me next year.

Leaving Nigeria is the best decision I have ever taken in my life so far.

You cant take plab as a medical student because you will need your primary medical certificate to register for it, but u can take ielts or oet as a medical student but however there both expire within 2 years, thats means after passing ielts you should pass plab 1 and 2 and do your Gmc registration within 2 years , for now you can start gathering informations as regards the exams, finance, materials needed, or u can start passively preparing for the exams.

You can search for road to uk, it has almost everything you need

Most of what the OP wrote is true but not everyone necessarily has to go through this; For a doctor once you pass your United States Medical Licencing exams you'll be granted a H1b visa with that your spouse can join you. with over 5years of working there you can start the process of your immigrant visa through several pathways beyond the scope of this cbat.

As a Health professional, I can assure you that it is not cataract. He won't necessarily need surgery. He just needs to see the opthalmologist first thing tomorrow morning to avoid complicating his eye condition.

yea, not likely cataract, cataract is a chronic conditions and wld not present with acute visual lost, posible differential angle closure glucoma, foreign body in the eye, at op seek medical help ASAP the eye is a very delicate organ

at first when I saw the movie, I told myself the woman is to blame, because you can't make a wrong choice( filling for divorce) and except someone to right it, but on a second thought , I felt the man never really loved that woman, and was soo selfish and self centered, he just saw a young girl that can provide for him while he chased his dream, just look at the way he manipulation the young girl to buy him a car, he was damn manipulative, and trust me manipulation has notin to do with love, then how can u say u love some one and allow the person work her life out for 18yrs, without doing anytin to help, all he cared were his batteries, there was notin stopping him from doing other jobs to at least help while chasing his dreams, I can't stand someone I love working 3 jobs bearing all the financial burdens and all I do is chase my dream for 18yrs, the woman filled for divorce out of frustration, and if he truly loved her it won't be a big deal forgiving and accepting

After d PLAB exam, u can start ur GMC registration while in d UK but still need to wait for d result and some documentation from Nigeria and you won't just be able to practise in d UK straight away even when u pass d PLAB 2.

You can't also switch to a tier 2 visa from visitors while in d UK, so you still have to go back.

You can start a residency programme in d UK once u r settled in, I advise one step a time.

Come for PLAB, Start ur GMC registration look for an approved sponsor and follow all d steps in procuring a visa.
