I wasn't going to respond to this post originally, but perhaps my antics with my previous monikers have rubbed you the wrong way, and you've decided that it's best to poison the well, pour dirt on my name and try to ostracize me on this forum, and so I'm going to take the time to address this. I'm not going to hide anything here, I'm well aware that I do not have the most solid reputation on this forum, and unfortunately the internet never forgets. Whatever decisions anyone chooses to take in light of my subsequent explanations, is none of my business. I'm still going to comment on this forum, if and when I please, to anyone I see fit.

Now, first things first, since the cat is out the bag, JessicaRabbit, curiously enough, wasn't my first moniker on this forum. That would be XxSabrinaxX. Triplechoice, with all the subtlety of a sledgehammer, saw it fit to expose the truth of my erstwhile moniker, JessicaRabbit, as if I had ever attempted to deliberately conceal this trivial tidbit. I had, in fact, already confessed my alter ego to another user on this same thread. Now, before XxSabrinaxX, I was a guest on Nairaland since 2017, before joining the fray as a full-fledged member in 2019. Prior to this, I already cut my teeth on Reddit and many other online sites, as a Christian, that is, until the persuasive arguments of atheists on this very website, among others, led me to becoming an atheist in late 2018.

Accusations of plagiarism: Guilty as charged, especially during my XxSabrinaxX days. I was only a kid in school with a bad case of impatience, in addition to a serious penchant for procrastination, due to school work of course. Instead of taking my time to craft thoughtful responses, I'd rather scour the internet for slick articles, and post them without due attribution, then call it a day. If I'm being honest though, I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy the thrill of it all, with youthful exuberance and all that jazz. But, I raise my hands and admit that I took it too far, even lifting posts from other chat forums and passing them off as my own. (triplechoice, the name you're looking for is Reubensandwich)

Accusations of AI: When I rebooted with JessicaRabbit, my aim was to be more original with my responses, but for lack of patience again, I discovered a nifty workaround: I'd just scribble down my raw, unfiltered thoughts, directly feeding them to the app, and out would come polished, articulate responses, that warranted the AI suspicions. But the arguments themselves, are still very much from my own little head, which is why I'm able go back and forth with anyone, either way, for as long as possible.

Now, it seems triplechoice is trying to use my antecedents on this forum to cast doubts on my intellectual credibility. But let me make one thing clear: I come here to read arguments, learn new things, banter and have fun. What matters to me, is the substance of the argument, not whether I'm smart or not. The forum isn't the way it used to be though, in terms of intellectual stimulation, so these days I frequent Reddit more often than I do here. But for the avoidance of doubt, no: I no longer lift articles, or use AI, and you can scan any of the posts I've made on this very thread to verify for yourself, if you're still having any doubts. Everything I say, starting with this moniker, on this forum is entirely a product of my own cerebral machinations. When confronted with the unknown, I only retreat to my vast amount academic resources (privileged as I am to be able to access them), devouring them with gusto before returning to contribute to any argument. Now, if you'd like to continue castigating me for sins past, then be my guest. I won't be losing any sleep over it. Quote me, don't quote me -- I remain indifferent. I didn't exactly arrive to this forum, looking for friends. In fact, my previous moniker's signature explicitly stated as much. Believe me, I appreciate the quality of your responses. Its been ages since I have had a mind such as yours to interact with here. I am generally left with the only regular gifted one, LordReed these days. Back in the day there was a large host of fantastic minds on this board, scientists, philosophers, theorists, thinkers, even the religious folk were of a different calibre, very very scholarly in their approach. If you truly choose love then you do what God says, you give, you care. If you are not afraid of the consequences for wickedness of your own actions can you truly say you care or you love, even if it's not some punishment, but the consequences of, if I don't treat this person they will suffer and die, if I don't give this meal, they will be hungry, if I steal this money some will be in pain.

And once it gets to that stage ,prayers and deliverance won't shake the problem of his mind until he is forced to return to the village and confess what he did.

The psychological phenomenon which you indirectly referred to is called group think. There's no malevolent spirit behind it. . The mind is the cause.

Everyone is susceptible to group think. And religious people, contrary to what you think and want others to believe, are the ones mostly affected by it.

Anyone who strongly identifies with a group, religious or nonreligious , is automatically drawn into the group consciousness which then influences one's behaviour at the unconscious level ,making one to think ,say and do things in alignment with the group beliefs and aspirations. The consequences are the reduction of the individual's critical faculty and loss of personal identity which is submerged under the group's identity.

Thank God the video is there and everyone can see what exactly happened. Yes, she was heavy handed which was very wrong. But seeing that it was during a one on one teaching session which probably was the teacher going extra mile to help him get his work right, I as his parent won't be too mad at her. He didn't sustain any injury nor was he crying as to show excessive pain. This shows that there was a level of restraint from her although her actions are unacceptable.
There was no shouting, insults or cursing from the teacher. This shows she was still collected and in control of the situation despite not getting the expected result from the kid. She's at fault though and more should be demanded from her but it shouldn't be an overkill.
Prejudice and sentimentality can make one alter proportionate judgement. Intentions and actions are things a good judge consider before delivering a verdict.

The teacher hit the 3 year old pupil because she obviously lost control of the situation and didn't know how to handle it.


She lacks the temperament ,experience,and ,I also think, the requisite training to handle children of that age.


If she's allowed to continue and not stopped she would do alot of damage to the brains of
those under her care .

Children don't only learn from what you tell them,but also from how you treat them and behave in their presence.

Teaching small children requires extreme patience,if not, you make it difficult for them to learn anything from you .

The teacher did the wrong thing , and so please, don't support her in anyway .

Supposing the father is a medical doctor who has been assisting other parents to confirm sexual abuse? He shouldn't check her own daughter so people like you don't accuse him of sexual abuse?

Regarding the second paragraph above, if she repeats it all the time for the same reason she did it the first time as opposed to your "no reason at all, I don't mind you calling it abuse, as you have done. It can't be something done unintentionally or by accident, or your get out of jail card would read "I did not intend to rape her", and I just don't see that fly anywhere.

If you penetrate me without, and especially against my consent, your intentionality is very much obvious, is the point, since you can't exactly claim you did not intend to rape me.

The recent conviction of those who used such a banal excuse after raping Dominique Pélicot proves that point. Some claimed they thought she consented to sex which it was their intention to have with her, and not to intentionally rape her, but they will be spending time in jail for rape.

In some countries, like the one I live in a husband can even be jailed for spousal rape for penetrating his wife against her consent.



And so you may see how subjective it is, it is not a recognised crime in many countries or even states in the same country.



You just try puling that in Nigeria and see how far you'd get.

Now, for the sexual abuse I'm insisting on in this particular case, I think we've agreed that is my subjective opinion. You at least have accused me of being subjective, to which I plead guilty as charged.

Basically, in my own subjective opinion and view and in my own book, what this mother did to her daughter, who is obviously under the legal age to consent, is sexual abuse. The mother did after all intentionally penetrate her daughter's vagina. And the consent aspect is mute, since it is recognised that a minor can not consent to having her private parts penetrated by anyone

If the mother did what she did where I live and if the authorities hear of it, she will most definitely be arrested for sexual abuse, and I would not in the least be surprised if she is also done for statutory rape, since it is not a valid excuse to claim a minor gave consent. She'd at least have social services on her ass until her daughter is an adult.

Also it is a physical, psychological and emotional violation, especially if the mother intends to keep checking her daughter's parts until she presumes her daughter is old enough not to be checked.


And this is the reason I wrote all the above, which I respect you for reading.

The mother has provided sufficient evidence herself, and if she lived in UK, she would have been arrested already based on the evidence (confession, even), that she provided on facebook. But I have no intention of making you accept my subjective tag, Triple. It is my subjective tag, as in my own view and opinion about what the mother did, and it is the view also in the country I live in, and is not a view that I intend to rape your own subject to adopt unless you live in a country that shares my opinion and view and subjectivity, to wit I'd urge caution, though I am very certain that regardless of however you choose to view what she did, it is not something I feel you intend to do yourself so my urging is unnecessary since you are smart enough not to need warning from me.

Sexual abuse (of a minor), and rape (of anyone), is subjective. The rapist may claim they were having sex, while the raped will claim they did not consent. But consent does not apply where the penetration of minors are concerned, and that's why grown ups should stay away from the private parts of minors, in my own very subjective opinion and view, and even where the law does not see it as a crime, but I recognise milage may differ, legally, elsewhere.

You have abandoned the phrase, child sexual abuse, which you started with and accused the woman of, for the word,rape, and Googled the wrong thing

Molestation ,and not rape, is the word often used to describe a small child that's being or has been molested sexually by an adult.

Moreover, you have also ignored the fact that this is between a mother and her own daughter who completely depends on her mother for every single thing ,which
includes bathing and cleaning her up whenever she poop in order to teach her to do it herself when she grows older.


So, there's nothing out of place and nobody will frown at it , not even in the so called civilised clime ,if the same mother decides to check the same sexual parts which she bathes regularly if she suspects that her daughter has been sexually violated in order to report it to the appropriate authority.

No mother who has ever done that and report it has ever been accused of child sexual abuse,not to talk of rape. You obviously have no experience raising a female child or closer to those who do,and so don't know what most mothers do if they suspect anything.

Only a perverted mind would think of child
sexual abuse, not to talk of rape from what was narrated.

And because every mother is "permitted" to check, they sometimes discover their daughter is being or has been molested by an adult who has threatened them not to talk or they die.Lots of child molesters have succeeded with that.

The woman never described penetrating her daughter's vaginal with her fingers or stimulating it with it . What she did is the same a medical doctor would do to check for evidence of violation.

She placed her fingers on top,not inside and gently open it to see if the hymen is still intact .

But like I said ,if she repeats all the time, without any reason for doing so ,then it's wrong and can become an abuse, not child sexual abuse.

The reason it's judged intentional is the sustained physical stimulation of the victims sexual parts by the abuser resulting in an arousal or orgasm. Is there any evidence that the mother's intention was to cause those in her daughter and not merely to check if she has been abused?. I'm afraid you and some others here have overacted and unfairly judged the woman as sexually abusing her child.

Although her action appears tastelessly indecent,it's not one we should interpret as sexual abuse. She has only acted ignorantly and need someone to educate her on the proper way to bring up her daughter without having to do what she described.

I carefully noted when they occurred, the mental and physical state when the occurred, and any other discernable patterns associated with the experience.
One thing I did notice was that the experiences tended to occur during periods of physical exhaustion and mental alertness.
In other words, when thr body is physical exhausted but the mind is overactive, mostly by stress or anxiety.
On at least occasions when I found myself in this dual condition in the middle of the night, I tried and successfully induced an out of body experience and was semi-conscious throughout the experience.

And of course, at the end if it all, being honest to myself, I wondered and still wonder whether those experiences were real or just my own interpretations of something going on within my psyche at that period in my life.
