Security IS the responsibility of the Federal Govt.....unless you want to say that we have state Police and State Army in Borno State.

Plus...the roads the drivers ply are FEDERAL roads....which are Federal Govt responsibility.

Anyway....you are right....but PDP too still has some responsibility for the mess up North. Especially with economic polices that keep us tied down to oil....leading to over-importation, stifling of industrial development.....and subsequently lack of skilled and unskilled jobs...and thus the perception that Western Education is useless.

I think I ought to subscribe to this thread.. Just the other day, I was arguing with a friend from Enugu that Obiano is better than Peter Obi but she was like, P. Obi built all the roads that the only thing Obiano did was to chase touts away from Opaiweka. I couldn't argue much since I reside in Lag and she resides in Enugu, so I assumed she knows better than I do since her elder bro hustles at Onitcha..
