I have been a victim of 2 different armed robbery attack ..the 1st happened in 2012 right after the subsidy .I was on my way from Enugu - Lagos just after the toll gate at ijebu ode at about 6.30pm,I received the beating of my life ,for almost a week I could not raise my right arm ,as a result of the beatings . Do you Now think ,if I should catch an armed robber ,I Wont join the bandwagon and beat the living day light out of the robber .there's this saying that says if you can't do the time don't do the crime ..in naija if you can't face the wrath when caught don't bother stealing .. You see, when you put your build on a limited or very tight budget, you may not be satisfied with the final outcome. Especially now that cost of materials are so high. If you have a certain taste, strive to attain it.

For that budget, you may raise the structure to it's roof, but not much further. In fact, depending on the type of roof you have in mind, you could spend more than 2m alone to roof it.

Why will you spend 2m out of your 4m budget to roof a house in the village that you won't be staying full time ? U well so?

@OP believe me it will go a far way since its a village house that you will not reside in full time 4m will go far,since you won't be buying blocks,you can mould your blocks yourself and park normal road side sand ..a bag of cement will mould 30 -32 solid blocks ..do the maths ..cost of labor is cheap in the village, if you can be there on ground,don't rely on any brother or uncle to monitor ,be right there and run d show yourself .. many people shouting here about payment did not filled their proper details while others simply didn't do IT especially in Govt Institutions. why is it that private universities get their monies immediately while in Govt universities it takes years for the SIWES department to get complete documents across to ITF. I have seen many students that submit blank logbooks and claimed the money is not worth the stress but some years later they are screaming ' govt did not pay me slogan'

That's just the real truth ,I filled my logbook with pictures that I took from my phone and printed out .. Students always bring the I don't care attitude and many a times were absent when the ITF supervisor comes around or can't even answer little questions thrown at them

I did mine 2014 .. I received my alert 2weeks after the end of IT 14,850 remember vividly,but a whole lot of students have issues arising from not submitting there logbook or not properly filling there forms and ommiting bank swift code..

I for insult that man for aso rock but all this MOD dey vexx .. I reserve my comment till further notice
