i knew it was just a matter of time.....God save me and my loved ones abeg.

i have been enjoying this tab, atleast for normal daily use...always browsing, very little movie and music usage.... now my battery is dying out in me.

i took the tab to carlcare at ikeja, 77 opebi, left it there for 1 whole week, came back to find out that they just formatted my tab_mind u i didn't get to back up contacts and co so i lost all my vital contacts. To make matters worse, they didn't change my battery!!! I stayed there and tested my tab and when i noticed d problem still existed i went back to complain and after some procedure i submitted the tab again, waited for a couple of hours, collected my tab...nothing was done!.... just reformatted it and handed it back.

So what did i do? i decided to take laws into my hands....i went over to Google to search for any documented case of tearing this tab apart....nothing. i only found a general procedure for China tabs, which in this case this falls under too....lolz... so with some intelligence and care i have managed to remove the 'non removable' back cover and battery (and yes i know very well that voids any warranty on the tab, which i care less about anyway) with a little simple physics knowledge I'm shopping to not just replace the battery but increase the capacity... will update you guys later on my progress.

ps: may consider uploading a tutorial on how i did it if everything goes as planned and if there is enough persons who need it!

BizBloke: Good morning, Kolade. Mr Tochukwu informed me he spoke to you earlier yesterday. Yes, I didn't pick my call because I was mobile (I'm almost always mobile). Please, call the appropriate department for any issue (positive/negative); clients' orders are transferred from one department to another for efficiency. I'll speak to Mr Tochukwu about not answering your call; I'm deeply sorry about that and promise it won't happen again.

Yes, your package didn't go through because we have a problem with the customs and immigration guys; it was returned per se but we'll get that resolved next week. China isn't quite cool now because Nigerians are breaking their rules and laws so it's affecting everything. Please, bear with us. I know you've exceeded your wait time.

For your new order, hopefully, by the time it gets to our office, everything should have been resolved.

Thanks.

Hey! Nigerians again?! Nawa o. May God deliver us from d crooks in our country who are hell bent on making life unbearable for the rest who want to do things legit. #sigh#
