My dear my point exactly after reading the caption. It like we are always in a hurry to troll Ghana so we try and to put them in a position to receive proper bashing. Even if their population is 5 im sure they love their size and work with God has given them. We that we are bigger with loads of oyel and we are still queuing for petrol. This directive from John Mahama came to rather advance Africa integration so that any Africa country dont need to go through all the hustle and this directive is different from the ECOWAS provision. So Ghana is among i thing only two African country to make it VISA free to enter their country.

The way we keep tailoring information to fit our own stupidity is breathtaking. Una dey insult left right center smh. If there is any country in this world that feels more like home and has a very great relationship with Nigeria we all know is Ghana regardless how much we want to disagree. Many leaders and African countries are praising them for taking such initiative to the extent they are being tagged as taking the lead for other African countries to follow.
Google no be curse use it.

Anything that speaks of bad news for Nigeria is seized upon with great joy
I assure you that some of these people will be very very sad if Boko Haram is defeated today and the mindless killings stop

I guess to you its a General rule

so let me ask...what religion in these two go out more for vigils.

what religion uses track and other forms of communication to convert

I guess it's the other religion that claims to be peaceful as you liberals would want us to believe.
Christianity has a more violent history than Islam
If you want to debate it you can open a thread

Muslims are enjoined to pray at night, I can give you quotes from the Qur'an for that
The debate amongst them is should be done individually or in groups

BTW you have not stated this, but some have done so on this thread
1). I personally don't see Buhari as a very very religious person. there is really no defensible basis for attacking on religion
2). Since 1999 (17 years), Muslims have ruled for only 3.5 years and all we hear is Islamisation, islamisation
by people out of power?

deflover:
you are not more liberal than Europeans and we can see what liberalism has brought them in recent times...

keep it up till the day you wake up and your head will be on a stake as to you Islam is for peace.
Europeans are not liberal = did they not partition Africa
A Christian was accused the Muslims in the Middle East of taking large parcel of lands, leaving only tiny strip for israel
He did not know that Europeans drew the map of the Middle East
If the Europeans were so liberal why did Israelis leave their midst to go live in the Middle East

Europe destablisied the Middle East and are facing some backlash
Did we have these issues when Gaddafi and Sadam were in power?

Who removed Mossedique of Iran from power in 1952?

You are right, these things happen everyday on our roads but 80% of the time the perpetrator settles the family of the deceased and it ends there because the family knows it was a mistake and nothing can bring the deceased back.

Watching people drive on Nigerian roads, I am certain most accidents are not caused by errors, rather by recklessness
I was nearly involved in an accident recently at the Toll Gate near 7 Up
A guy in a Murano overtook us from the right and his car brushed our side rear view mirror in the process and as he pulled ahead of us, he nearly lost control of the car had to swerve frantically to avoid running into two cars in front of us. He was just lucky that he had just enough room to sneak between those two cars. Many lost lives and mangled limbs could have been the outcome

the Mistake - believing that he was watching a movie
Reality - the guy was reckless beyond belief

The crime was committed in Bayelsa, the "man made laws" applies. The Nigerian constitution is very reasonable here, a child is only a child, not responsible enough to make adult-style decisions.

Then let us apply the man-made laws to all
But we cannot invent cutting manhood because we are delaing with a Muslim
Where is that derived from?

Phlegmwash:

Your argument will carry much weight if you call for an independent Islam state in your north devoid of all these evils from pop culture and mainstream media. After living in Saudi Arabia for 2 yrs. Unending discord: Historically, in Nigeria, Islam and civilization has been clashing repeatedly ad infinitum.
Your use of the word civilisation is limited - every culture is civilization
Civilisation is not what the white man brought!

DeeMain:

The result is the many religious riots and carnage and killings in the name of Allah in the North.
And also mass cannibalism practised on Muslims by Berom in the North - is cannibalism part of the "civilisation" the Christian Beroms imbibed
What is the cause of the perennial clashes between the Tivs and Jukuns in the North
Both are Christians - why don't we ascribe it to their religion?
Why is Islam the cause of any clash between a Muslim of a tribe and others

DeeMain:
Father Kukah: Islam and democracy don't mix well together.
Father Kukah is Father Kukah; He is not God Kukah
And what he not making excuses for GEJ the other day - that his thievery should be forgiven be cause he conceded defeat?
Father Kukah is a Christian - I wonder when a statement by Oyegun of APC will be taken as an objective and definitive comment on PDP
I reckon that the Christian who refused to recognise the US Supreme Court judgment on h-o-m-o-s-i-c-k marriage is mixing his Christian faith with the supremacy of man-made law

BTW - how is democracy working for the blacks in America?
Looks like Black Lives don't matter in, and mix with, democracy

DeeMain:
Personally, I think the religion needs to be rejigged to make it compatible with mordernity.

And who are you sir?
Your opinion on this becomes irrelevant as long as you are not a Muslim
Why should Clinton be concerned about the constitution of the GOP?
What is modernity? - succumbing to atheism and a practice that animals even will not stoop low to practice?
The problem with Nigerians is inferiority complex; most arguments raised against Islam are forged in the West!
I have not seen anything

DeeMain:

Grain : There are rights and privileges of womanhood conferred on menstruating little girls by Islam that secular society does not and abhors. These things create confusion and are easy sources of conflict in the society.

Your argument is sophistry designed to obfuscate
What rights do Christian women have that muslim women lack?
And the "mensurating little girls" tag is designed to make the matter emotive = ala "yours daughters and wives"

DeeMain:

On Bakare: Never said that. But you are free to feed your imagination however you want.

No need to in so many words
The unquestioning applause suffices

DeeMain:

Tired of the perennial conflicts, aren't you?
Orchestrated by Christians who always shout Islamisation of Nigeria though the problem is their desire for a Christian Nigerian state
Public schools are filled with ideas and procedures slanted towards Christianity - Christians abhor polygamy and detest a multi-religion state
What is the punishment for all these pastors doing it with underaged girls
Pour anointing oil on their manhood?

Please let it be known that these noise is not about justice for the girls
But a determination for a bad name for Islam

Mr. Bakare you have the right to say your opinion, all the same you could have bring out what the bible say regarding, ESE case, and bear in mind no Muslim would back Yunusa case. Hence if Yunusa has once married and this happens will simply be stone to death which the punishment is more capital than cutting his arrow, and kindly use your very good knowledge and make necessary inquiry about the long term leaving of Yunusa in the family of ESE, and what is the weakness of her parent that make the abduction possible. and if you look at the situation millions of Christian millionaire are permanently living in the north with their daughters but are neither rape no abducted. we do respect our religion we do fear Allah but in every category of fruits their are a decay, like I said I recently read over the media a pastor impregnating 12 married women can't you emerging such a culprit-ness, many thing can happen in Islam and Christianity worshippers, but the major factor affecting this is lack of good parental care, many of our Almajiri as you call us are being kill humiliated in various part of this country 100% of them from poor family. I wish you success in the peaceful preachings.

Don't mind them, there is so much hypocrisy

Yunusa committed a crime under Nigerian law, but a Nigerian pastor who studied law wants Nigerian law set aside!
Nobody is saying that Yunusa should not be punished
But are we acting because of Ese and others in her shoes?
or because we want a scapegoat to give Islam a bad name

But there are worse deeds going on in Nigeria, but people are not being driven into a frenzy over them

I challenge Pastor Bakare to address the larger issue of child rape and child witch burning
I challenge Pastor Bakare to visit the Mirabel centre in Lagos (LASUTH)
and he will actually see people forcibly doing it with 3, 4yr old girls and 60 yrl old grandmas in Nigeria
Why are we not scandalised over those?

Why?

A religion that permits permits you to steal another person's childhood but cuts off your hand for physical stealing
That according to their Sharia, Yinusa's diiiiccck should be cut off too
But it is hypocritical lipsrsealed
Why is that so hard to understand?

Islam does not permit stealing of children
Problem is that Christians just go with hearsay
Islam does not prescribe 18 as age of maturity - Sleeping with a 16 yr is a crime in Nigeria, but not in the UK
Even 15 is the age of consent in Sweden but they have expansive and stiff laws against rape and their numbers are highest because they encourage people to report it and record it meticulously

Anyhow

Let us compare hypocrisy
Tunde Bakare cannot prescribe what Sharis should be - no one can now, it was settled a long time ago
Is what Yunusa did worse than burning "child witches" as required in the book of Exodus?

If Tunde Bakare actually said this, it must have been a product of struggle between the old nature (Islam) and the new nature. Remember he was born a muslim and he still has the blood of a muslim father running in his vein.
So if Pastor Bakare says what you like, he is a Christian?
If you dislike it, he is a Muslim?
Then is he a Muslim leading a Church?

And you are you a true Christian? Do you not judge?

And most importantly is that the punishment in Islam?
If not, how does that come his Muslim background? and how much if Islamic jurisprudence did he learn as a Muslim

And what about the other Christians who support him hers, do they have Muslim background too

And is what Yunusa did worse than your christian folks burning of "child witches"?
"Thou shall not suffer a witch to live" That is in Genesis.

Shiite are meek when they are small in number but they become very aggressive when they feel the circumstance is favourable
In Iran in 1979 while Khomeini was in France, the shiites backed down from every encounter with the police
They meekly waved flowers at the police

However as soon as Khomeini landed in Iran, the same people turned on the police
Petrol bombs appeared and they sacked policemen from police stations and took over Tehran and also the entire country
If anybody is saying that shiites are peaceful, my advice is wait until they become large enough
Consider this, could the shiites have forced a state governor to abandon his car and trek 35 years ago
But they did that in 2014

Could they have confronted the Nigerian Army in the 80s?
No, but they did in 2015
What will they do in 2018, 2020, 2030?

Kaduna State gov accused Shiites of not having title to the land they occupied in Zaria
The Shiites are yet to put Kaduna State gov to shame by producing their C of O

The Kaduna State gov accused shiites of building without approval
The shiites have a golden opportunity to expose the gov by producing their approved building plan, but they have not taken advantage of it

When Shiites are marching, nobody can challenge - neither the Army, the police nor anyone
