The miracle called Obi ![]() |
He was shot at close range. Honestly, I think It was too risky for him to stand in such an open place without barricades. Good enough the suspect was also caught and arrested immediately. Now I'm thinking about what could have been done differently to avoid this. Japan is a G7 nation and one would think security measures/intelligence would be prioritised for a high-profile person like Shinzo. My heartfelt prayers are with him. |
Akpabio time don reach for you to go back to your cassava farm for Ukana |
God please protect Mr Peter Obi's life, Nigeria no like beta thing |
I like how Akwa Ibom is conscious about attracting international attention in a positive way |
To God be the glory |
Make your citizens polygots and global citizens! If the program is sustained it would be a game changer for Uyo. This would break language & ease of doing business barriers for the Chinese and Nigerians living in Akwa Ibom. |
Oga monopolist relax, we know say you no dey cash out the way you been want. Investing in healthcare so you fit advance una social engineering schemes on Africa especially. My only worry na say most Africans never wake up to the realization of the ulterior motives and dark schemes wey some of these global futurist and innovators dey do. Please my dear people dey careful of people like Bill Gates, Klaus Schwab and Larry Fink of Blackrock |
This is a welcome development. I also expect the staff to have undergone customer service trainings we lack that in a lot of businesses in Nigeria. |
God bless mother Russia |
You see am. Saraki no gree make we hear word since with this him consensus talk, all along na himself him dey consider as the consensus candidate. Lol. Thank God say SS/SE Governors been see through him proposal |
He should if the Nigerian government allows it. Even with solar panels, you're not allowed to produce more than 1MW. All these kind of policies is the reason why the sector is not growing fast. |
Who else saw 420 in $54.20 Elon got this one right |
I'm glad the MRO is finally coming to fruition because my future plane would go there for overhaul. Ibom Air regional flights is a goal!! Yàk Abasi odiong Akwa Ibom |
Baba go school ![]() |
This white people just dey use blacks as aesthetics and to score yeye points. Must they put 'First Black' everytime, what difference does it make. |
Please what's wrong in taking a "secret" loan. By the way my observation is that the writer chose to use the word "secret" because it's sensational. The issue of heavy borrowing is not alien. States like Akwa Ibom has heavy inflow and they like to undertake massive investments, so it will only make sense for them to get funding. Udom's government still has several capstone projects to complete, I only imagine the state government getting cash strapped to complete and commission them in time. Yeah one would still argue that it is an election year, true, but the stakes are too high for the government to throw money heavily on elections. The governor knows that if projects are left uncompleted that that would lead to distrust and anarchy, discrediting everything he stands for especially his handpicked successor. |
Mehn this dolphin is probably smarter than some of those guys ![]() |
The tension from Russia has also contributed to the spike. European countries are afraid that Russia may turn off their gas supply ![]() |
Adamu this statement from you clearly helps the Nigerian citizens to know your intelligence level, which is low. Mr VP's presentation was insightful and factual, with no gimmicks. What more do you want? He even pointed out areas of investment in Nigeria for the global audience to take advantage of. If you are unhappy because he didn't cover certain areas in his speech, well that's because the World Economic Forum has set agendas to focus on. They take on the issues with a global and future impact, issues like climate change, energy transition (fossil fuel to clean energy), technology advancement and a few others. WEF won't discuss security concerns because they focus on economic issues. So Mr. Adamu, please be grateful to God for a man like Yemi Osinbajo. |
PLEASE DON'T. If you don't have the resources right now, it doesn't mean you won't tomorrow. Babies come with good fortune |
perambulator:The A220s are the prized jewel of the commercial regional jets market. Embraer (a Brazilian company) dey learn work. Bombardier, a Canadian airline builder actually sold the A220s design to Airbus, a French company. Tell me why you would settle for less then. Mind you IbomAir has 5 Bombardier airliners in their fleet. The only reason the state government is investing this much in the aviation industry is that; 1. The industry requires high capital investment, look at AirPeace, those guys are buying more planes than IbomAir. Akwa Ibom state government has the funds, so why not invest it's viable. IbomAir isn't wholly owned by the state. Governor Udom is about ensuring that Akwa Ibom state earns more USD than Naira while making the state a destination (business, leisure, religion, whatever). 2. The numbers have shown an increase in the continent's population over the next ten years, the AFTCA agreement has been signed, economies are booming and new markets are opening up, more people would definitely travel than before. |
Nothing can stop a visionary man!! |
plaindealer:Akwa Ibom state is among the youngest in this grouping after Delta, they're are not doing bad at all |

The mill and storage is key to maximum economic gains. Farmers should be encouraged to join the outgrowers programme. |
