Well, I can't hold back my tears..... This humble guy is just loveable, even to death |
HungerBAD:Your moniker speaks volume of your hapless understanding of Buhari's cluelessness. Indeed, hunger is bad!! |
This my governor is indeed crazy! |
In 2days time, it will be 1yr gone, but there seems to be mixed feelings in Nigeria. While a section will defend this govt even when her policies are clearly wrong that even the blind can see; another will criticize even when they've relatively done well. All these diverse opinions are borne out of ethnic and religious sentiments which have been our major problems for God knows how long. However, as for objective minds like us, having taken a thorough appraisal, we will not be scared to say that Nigerians are really suffering, no matter what "transitional" period we are going through as those who will be quick to defend would say. For me, there must be a plan B, before option A is exterminated. You can't withdraw fuel subsidy without a contingency plans that will cushion the effect on the masses. Timing for every policy is key as well! Having said that, while we commend the present administration for "decimating" insurgency in the north-east, it's pertinent we remind them that the herdsmen issue in the middle-belt which has spread to other parts of Nigeria should not be treated with their usual propaganda and the president must look beyond his umbilical cord/emotions to deal with these guys squarely, instead living in denial; that the attackers are from Lybia. This for sure, will divide the country that this govts seek to unite. Our judicial system needs a review to ensure speedy and transparent justice especially for all corruption cases, while sincerity and fairness is expected of the law enforcement agents rather than selective trials. What is good for the goose is equally good for the gander. These and many more hard work need be done, instead of cheap propaganda; which can only deceive the unfortunate gullible populace. God bless Nigeria! God bless our children today and always, and may they never experience the ugly Nigeria that we had/have!!

Kudos! |
Hunger and strive makes a marriage go really bad...This family look hungry. Meanwhile, the devil has a way of making people take rash decisions without minding the consequences. May God help us to eschew violence...both at home and other places. |
Good response! |
The guy sure knows his job!! |
She's okay... |
shamecurls:Mr. man, the incompetence of this administration is glaring for even the blind to see. Can't u understand that any security issue down south is treated with kid glooves while swift attention is given to the north's. |

Nigerians and lie lie news na like bread and butter. SMH |
It was an adventure for u, but journeys like this can't save your time, fone ba3 and internet connectivity. This journey is certainly not for the business class nor perishable goods, but for those who want to have an adventure of some sort. Nigeria is still backward!! SMH |
Only in Nigeria...SMH |
Some guys won't just mind their business. She's entitled to her opinion, but the guy has no right to insult her! |
I wonder what year Nigeria will become forever free of fuel crisis/shortage. |
Her husband is over 35 yrs older than her. SMH. |
When he came on board, he admitted that the system that brought him in was flawed. He promised to review our electoral system. He swiftly moved in to address the agitations of the Niger-Delta militants and quickly offered them amnesty and ordered for their training abroad. Interestingly, he carried all parts of the country along, in total respect for our federal character. This guy read the hand-writing on the wall and nib in the bud what later became uncontrollable insurgency in the Northeast. He literary fired from all cylinders in just a few months and there were cogent evidences. All these were achieved without media propaganda and junketing round the world. Mr. Musa Yar'Adua- may your gentle soul continue to rest in peace. Every true Nigerian loves u, regardless of tribe and religion.

Assuming he died, will they have exhumed his corpse/soul and recompense for the injustice served him 20yrs ago ![]() Our system is rubbish, those who are found complicit of his undue dismissal should be made to resign. |
So pathetic. However, let's move to other threads. We have had countless of unreported cases of family death in auto crash. Life itself is not fair. RIP. |

tsephanyah:The problem here, in my own opinion, is that in Kano state, the govt of the day is seriously sleeping on issues like this which has brought untold hardship to the masses. If it were Kwankwaso's regime, he wul'bve called the bluff of the marketers. Shikenan! |
So I set out as early as as 5am today to get fuel for my car (the ash Toyota corolla in the attached pictures). To my amazement, there were over 20 vehicles that had already queued up waiting, at the popular Oando filling station by Kano club roundabout. The day broke and everyone resumed her daily routine. Yet we waited up till 8am before they commenced selling and quickly ran out of stock by 9am, since the took delivery of only 1 compartment (which is 1/6 of a tanker, i.e 5,000L). i got the fuel, but some people who came early also didn't get. My problem now is, this is over 7months, why has this scarcity gone unabated in Kano Must we always suffer for PMS![]() Why is the state government not taking charge here?? I reliably gather that the products are usually diverted by marketers to sell at choice prices in places like Niger and other environs. Just a concerned Nigerian.......
