These bacteria cause UTI... although what u have mentioned appears to be worse than UTI..have u tested for syphilis?

Another thing you can do is to take a strong antibiotic like cerofuxime or rocephin (injection) ...they cure gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria...and u will be fine...still consult a doctor though...
