NgeneUkwenu:You mean forge a right she already has by law? All she needs to show is her application for exemption. NYSC is the one to explain the mix up. And to appologise for causing her any embarrassment. It is her legal right. |
The only bar required of anyone with opposing view to cross is the LEGAL bar of Diploma OUTSIDE NIGERIA. Of course everyone can easily cross the wailing bar. It requires no evidence or logic. Just plain hatred is sufficient. |
Fact. Mrs. Adeosun graduated from The East London Polytechnic OUTSIDE NIGERIA in 1989. The status of the polytechnic was CHANGED to a University was IN 1992. Note the capitalised words. "OUTSIDE NIGERIA" and "CHANGE" QUESTION FOR DETERMINATION Whether upon graduation from a polytechnic OUTSIDE NIGERIA, in line with section 2 (1)(c) Kemi Adeosun was required by law to participate in NYSC. ANSWER. Section 2 (1) (c) contains no provision or stipulation that a Polytechnic graduate outside Nigeria or a diploma holder outside Nigeria SHALL be eligible for call up to NYSC. This is unlike UNIVERSITY GRADUATE as contained under S (1)(b) The law is settled that inclusion of one is the exclusion of others. Inclusio unius (est) exclusio alterius. Latin legal maxim that makes the point that where a statute, contract or other legal document includes a definitional list of items falling into a category, the inclusion of certain items on the list means that any excluded items are intentionally outside the definition. Simple Wiki definition. Since this is a legal matter, a serious news agency ought to seek opinion of lawyers on whether Mrs Adeosun is under strict legal obligation to participate in NYSC as graduate of a polytechnic OUTSIDE NIGERIA References Requirement of NYSC Act 2 (1) (b)If, at the end of the academic year 1974–75 or, as the case may be, at the end of any subsequent year, he shall have graduated at any university outside Nigeria; or (C) if, at the end of the academic year 1975–76 or, as the case may be, at the end of any subsequent year, he shall have obtained the Higher National Diploma or such other professional qualification as may be prescribed; Exemption 2 (2) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1) of this section, with effect from 1 August 1985, a person shall not be called upon to serve in the service corps if, at the date of his graduation or obtaining his diploma or other professional qualification— (a) he is over the age of thirty; or

maxyboss212:YOU ARE A COMPOUND IDI.OT Why don't you a dress issues without betraying your foolish perspective of issues. The current problem of Nigeria is hate. No thanks to you people. Preaching hate and when you suffer the consequences of hatred you begin to cry. ThOse who killed Northern and Western leaders in 1966 were full of hate. And since then Nigeria has not known peace and consequently no real progress. After 2015 elections it is hate all over again. I adopt this response to all of you who come here to insult me first. So I won't have to respond to every brood of viper. May the love of Nigeria trump the hate of her enemies in Jesus name. Amen. |
TylerDurden:So Just as elders sold Abiola down the river so did GEJ sell Ken Saro Wiwa down the river. Gladly the so called elders are not my role model nor my hero. GEJ who betrayed his own brother just like the elders is your hero. So all of you: the follower, GEJ and the Elders are one and the same. Little wonder you all.aligned in 2015 to support one of your own GEJ. Now you are wailing because you GEJ and your common character elders are now out of power. Afonja. Yes that is me. Proudly one. You that is not Afonja we have seen all your alignment with the north since 1960 to 2015. Even the civil war that cost you 2 million souls didn't change your love for power. You didn't even hate the north after the civil war the way you hate the north after 2015. Why? Hate has a strange way of manifesting in the children of hate. Enjoy your hateful weekend and join the night bus to the Western Nigeria. We are not America or Libya. We are Nigeria. We love all Nigerians. Come. I am sure you will find something worthy to do. |
TylerDurden:GEJ WAS BY SHONEKAN IN MARCH 1993? WELL, IBB WAS STILL PRESIDENT AS AT AUGUST 26 1993. SO FIND ANOTHER SATANIC LIE. CHILD OF HATE. IF YOU DON'T RESPOND TO KEN SARO WIWA INJUSTICE I LEAVE YOU TO YOUR HATEFUL CONSCIENCE. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ibrahim_Babangida |
TylerDurden:True to type. Children of hate. Did you not see Ken Saro Wiwa. Lucifer would be proud of you brood of viper! |
haqueurate:When people are full of hate, they will challenge their own baptismal name. They will justify every evil done to their opponent and condemn every good done for him. Can you see how they avoided addressing Ken Saro Wiwa issue? They are not blind to see it but satanic hatred couldn't even make them hold GEJ accountable for not remembering to do restitution for a Fellow Niger Delta Man. How about Biafra pensioners? Oh GEJ can do do wrong as long as Buhari would look good in comparison. Shame on wailers. |
TylerDurden:Your education is an unfortunate misadventure. He served IBB in 92. and Abacha 94-98 at the minimum. Is that taken ?? |
GEJ the hero had no clue how to give justice to Biafra, Niger Delta. He is loved and worshipped by those he left at the mercy of marginalisation. Was GEJ hopping to be there for ever. What justice did he do to any part of Nigeria that would insulate them from injustice to a large extent. What is the infrastructure in the east or south that could usher in development? Seaport? East West Road? Revenue Sharing formula? Restructuring? Did he exercise presidential power as if he was on an urgent mission to right any wrong in 6 years? And when you extend it to 16 years of PDP. Was poverty rate not increasing from year to year? Was naira not falling from year to year? So If you deem one government to be bad and you look back to the previous ones it was not good on its own terms but only appearing to be good when compared to what you now have, what do you do? Lazily, you crawl back to where you came from and begin the cycle all over again. If you are clueless as to how to be a wise citizen 1 year to election, how do you expect the citizens you elect to be any wiser than your clueless self. |
ivandragon:So were prof Nwosu. Mr. Francis Kokori. Dr. Dipo Fashina and many civil servants who fought in trenches against the " Military Public Service" where GEJ served. He became president and still felt bound in chains by the Military he served? No justice for Saro Wiwa. Shame! At any rate, everybody has a reason not side with the oppressed in the hour of need. |
With the creation of the Oil Minerals Producing Areas Development Commission, OMPADEC, in October 1992, Dr Jonathan was called to serve as Assistant Director, Ecology, in March 1993 in the Directorate of Environmental Protection and Pollution Control. He was in charge of the Environmental Protection Sub-Department of the Commission., until he voluntarily left the service of the Commission in 1998. If the standard of justice is that anyone who served in military regimes is incapable of doing justice, that is the story of GEJ. Why didn't GEJ give justice to Ken Saro Wiwa? It doesn't matter what GEJ did or failed to do what matters is your hatred for Buhari. Continue |
This victory is for all of us. It is a symbol that justice can be attained in Nigeria no matter how long. Yorubas despite having Shonekan and Obasanjo never felt a sense of closure on the issue of June 12. It means even the office of the head of state is not big enough to serve as a substitute for cherished values. Now we know why Awoist Yoruba leaders remained in opposition for over 50 years until 2015. Finally, President Muhammadu Buhari, rose to the occasion and brought happy ending to an epic plot in our democracy. Even if any government will come in future to declare MKO Abiola President, the foundation for such is the justice dispensed by President Muhammadu Buhari. A precedent has been laid in our national life. It may not be an Ijaw or an Igbo in Presidency that would revisit the Civil War. Now whoever that person may be, he has a precedent to follow and perhaps surpass. This is a lesson for politicians. Everything about Asiwaju in politics today revolves around June 12. It is the hallmark of his activism. Everything he achieved or hope to achieve is defined by June 12 Struggle. Everything pales into insignificance without the ideals he along side veterans like Pa Ajasin, Pa Enahoro, Pa Adesanya Chief Gani Fawehinmi, Chief Bola Ige, Prof Wole Soyinka, Mr. Femi Falana. Comr. Kokori fought for. That was why the tenures of Chief Shonekan and Chief Obasanjo never brought closure to the ideals. They were alternatives to the ideals. They have their own merit but the injustice of June 12 persisted. Today all that Changed! All the tales of woes and ill will about the President and Asiwaju has now been gazatted as balderdash in the sacred pages of history. The pendulum of politics may continue to swing between the duo but all that will be footnotes in the annals of their collective accomplishments. Just as we remember Action Group more for their victories than their trials so shall APC will be remembered for the wrongs they right when they held sway. May this be the begining of righting wrongs in Nigeria. God bless you all |
TRUTHTOPOWER:I predicted in 2015 that NOI was writing a book to exonerate herself. 2018 she released "Fighting Corruption is Dangerous" |
NOETHNICITY:As a Christian I consider this demand unfortunate. What had CAN proferrred as solution except to support oppression of Christian an Muslim Palestinians. Today their is tragedy all over the world because of extremism. It appears to me now that wars are industries. The merchants of war know themselves. |
What is happening? I don't want to belive that IPOB leader Kanu has abandoned the struggle. I know a lot of IPOB youths will come out to insult themselves. This Biafra struggle now looks like ATM code. Biafra! Ego! Biafra! Ego!Biafra! Ego! Biafra! Ego! Biafra! Ego! Biafra! Ego!Biafra! Ego! Biafra! Ego! Biafra! Ego! Biafra! Ego!Biafra! Ego! Biafra! Ego! Biafra! Ego! Biafra! Ego!Biafra! Ego! Biafra! Ego! . ? |
There are many people wailing about what is about to befall their arch enemy, Tinubu. They are concerned he will be used again! The little problem is that the wailers were the ones who humiliated Tinubu by charging him to court. Now that Tinubu nominates heads of ministries and patadtatals as a modest stakeholder in the present govt. They want him to retire to Lagos and keep fighting to ward off the PDP. think about it. Tinubu should support PDP. and then the PDP will keep fighting to capture Lagos. or Tinubu should join PDP and take instructions from Wike and Secondus. only those who are relevant are USED. |
Children of hate wants to use reverse psychology to downplay the importance of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Did Tinubu help Jonathan in 2011? What did Tinubu and Yorubas get fro GEJ Did Tinubu help Buhari in 2015? what did Tinubu and Yorubas get? how else could Buhari show appreciation to Tinubu and Yorubas. diving his Kingdom into 2 equal halves and giving them 1? Those spreading falsehood why are they crying marginalisation and what could they get under PDP. that is better than what Tinubu and Yourubas have currently. hateful kids |
PDP wailers are claiming OBJ is right. are they admitting that they are no alternatives to APC? or they are hypocrites? |
SW accusers are failing POL 909 badly. so none of these horde can say who will take the positions currently occupied by SW and what SW will get in return. Does this mean this people who claim SW was short changed secretly wish they are the ones holding SW positions now? shame! |
This is POL 909. let's be civil. The question remains: What will SW benefit if it fails to support PMB? Which Zone should now produce VP in place of SW so that SW can be seen as patriots? For those saying GEJ did something for SW, please name just 3 of such projects. Roads: nil. power: nil. During GEJ SW (Lagos, Oyo, Ekiti, Osun) got ministers of State whilst SE/SS got SGF, finance, works, aviation, petroleum. Shouldn't SW feel betrayed. Now SW got VP. Power Works Housing, Finance Mines Communication, Information. Health why should SW drop this. PMB cabinet is fairer to all than GEJ. President Muhammadu Buhari finally inaugurated his ministers after months of anticipation, and as expected, there are a few surprises. SEE: Photos of ministers during swearing-in » Below is a breakdown of the ministers according to Nigeria's 6 Geo-political zones: North-Central, North-East, North-West, South-East, South-South, and South-West. North-Central This region has 3 senior ministers and 3 ministers of state. Benue - Chief Audu Ogbeh: Agriculture Kogi - Mr James Ocholi: State, Labour & Employment Kwara - Alh Lai Mohammed: Information & Culture Nassarawa - Alh Ibrahim Usman Jibril: State, Environment Niger - Hon Abubakar Bwari : State, Solid Minerals Plateau - Mr Solomon Dalong: Youth & Sports North-East This is the region of the country worst hit by insurgency. It has 4 senior ministers and 2 ministers of state. Adamawa - Alh Muhammadu Bello: FCT Bauchi - Malam Adamu Adamu: Education Borno - Hon Mustapha Shehuri : State, Power,Works & Housing Gombe - Mrs Amina Mohammed: Environment Taraba - Sen Aisha Al-Hassan: Women Affairs Yobe - Hon Khadija Bukar Abba-Ibrahim: State, Foreign Affairs North-West This region has some of the most influential states in the North including a commercial nerve. It produced 4 senior ministers and 3 ministers of state. Jigawa - Engr Suleiman Adamu : Water Resources Kaduna - Mrs Zainab Ahmed Usman: State,Budget & National Planning Kano - Lt-Gen Ibrahim Danbazzau(Rtd): Interior Katsina - Sen Hadi Sirika : State, Transport(Aviation) Kebbi - Mr Abubakar Malami: Justice Sokoto - Ms Aisha Abubakar : State, Industries, Trade & Investments Zamfara - Brig-Gen Dan Alli(Rtd) : Defence South-East This is one of Nigeria's most enterprising hubs with two commercial hubs and so much untapped potential. It has 3 senior ministers and 3 ministers of state with strategic and vital portfolios. Akwa Ibom - Senator Udoma Udo Udoma: Budget & National Planning Bayelsa - Sen Heineken Lokpobiri: State, Agriculture Cross River - Pastor Usani Uguru: Niger-Delta Affairs Delta - Dr Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu: State, Petroleum Edo - Dr Osagie Ehanire : State, Health Rivers - Rt Hon Rotimi Amaechi: Transportation South-West This region is most notable for having Nigeria's commercial capital. Its has 5 senior ministers and 1 minister of state. It is also noteworthy that the ministers in this region are going to be key in shaping the current administration. Ekiti - Dr Kayode Fayemi : Solid Minerals Lagos - Mr Babatunde Raji Fashola: Power, Works & Housng Ogun - Mrs Kemi Adeosun: Finance Ondo Prof Claudius Daramola : State, Niger-Delta Affairs Osun- Prof Isaac Adewole: Health Oyo Mr Adebayo Shittu: Communications This is unlike GEJ when SW got 4 Ministers of State! Besides the Ministers are doing reasonably well given the situation they found the country. so it is not just about "zoning" to give sense of belonging but also performance. |
frankyychiji:Jonathan called BH his brothers Tukur as PDP chair said BH was fighting for justice Gen. Azazi as Jonathan NSA declared BH as creation of PDP Jonathan as hi Generals got rich fighting BH. At least we know NSA gave money to GEJ surrogates for reelection purposes. Talk of moral support. Your heroes gave them physical support. |
frankyychiji:Sit down there. In so far Abuja is not under siege as it was under your "cluefull" hero, nor is the flag of terror hoisted in any part of the country unchallenged then this government is better. economically, we keep.sayin it your "clueful" hero and his saintly gang stabbed Nigeria and PMB is doing all he can stop the haemorrhage with more wicked cuts coming from Wailers. Do your worst. The Fulani man will be there till 2023 and every tribe that judge the Fulani man because of his tribe and religion will also be judged for their own tribe and religion. |
stonemasonn:Who are the people (and from which region) that did not betray SW leaders? Did they tell you SW did not betray others? is there any guarantee elsewhere that.power will come back to South in 2023? what else is there for SW to do if she is not supporting APC? Drop VP. Ministers. MDA appointments and trust PDP to give her what in return? Will SE not take up the very positions that they want SW to drop? tell us what will come to South in 2019 and who which region of the SOUTH will benefit more and which region will lose more if APC should lose in 2019. |
So all those blaming SW for their political woes gave nothing to say to justify thier accusation. let them forever hold thier peace. |
IF YOU CANNOT CONTRIBUTE INTELLIGENTLY, THAT MEANS YOU ARE NOT MEANT TO BE IN POL 909. GO AND TRY YOUR BRAIN CAPACITY WITH SOCIAL STUDIES. Some are saying South West should not vote for PMB or that South West betrayed GEJ. Another opportunity is coming for South West to audit her alignment. To look at the Past the Present and take a decision that will guarantee her political relevance and socio-economic development. 1. For those who believe SW betrayed GEJ pls state what GEJ did for SW 2.For those who say SW shouldn't align with Buhari state what SW stand to gain that is better that what she has already. 3.For those saying SW was short changed, state what your own region will likely get in 2019 should PMB lose. |
What is the big deal see Jonathan kneeling. see El Rufai at It is a sign of humility and willingness to make reasonable concessions whenever necessary. When you stand above your elders and look down at them literally, you are in grave error in CIVILISED Africa. period.
