You said you were in Abuja. Pls go to Wadata House. ask them about PDI. It is the party's institute. ask them about them. Who or what, AS OF CERTAINTY, governs their decision making process? the institute that should ground the party in strategy and research has no more life than the inanimate building in which it is housed. As for certainty, since the days of GEJ. PDP had become a franchise in each state under each of the governors. We have seen reports of 3 backbenchers in Uk parliament sponsoring a motion to consider the agitation of IPOB through a memorandum. That is a civilized step and better than the treasonable posture adopted by Nnamdi Kanu.

However it is shocking that the elected leaders from Eastern Nigeria where IPOB draws its support from have never deemed the Biafra struggle worthy of approval in any of the over 50 legislative bodies at local government levels.

Does this mean there is a silent but strong opposition to Biafra even in the east?
Does it mean that unlike every group all over the world agitating for separation IPOB lacks official indigenous approval?
Why is it convenient for IPOB to blame the rest of the country for not singing along with them when there own leaders are struggling to keep their seats in Nigerian parliament?

Why is it convenient for IPOB to blame the rest of the country for not singing along with them when they, IPOB vanguards, have failed, refused and neglected to secure a local government or ward level backing in their area of interest?

Why is it convenient for IPOB vanguards to create another state of crisis in the East as if life is so cheap for them to toss around like a wrecking ball? Who again will be the hardest hit and who again will be a hero in a needless crisis that brings nothing but misery?

Can we beg this agitators to have mercy on their own people, for Nigeria state will defend its territorial integrity under all circumstances!

All the Wailers chest-beating amounted to zero as Nigerians in FCT reaffirmed their support for PMB. the result of the chairmanship elections indicates that APC won Abaji,Kwali, Kuje, Bwari and the biggest prize of all, AMAC. APGA clings to a remarkable victory in Gwagwalada.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) and the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) have emerged winners of last Wednesday’s rerun elections in four Area Councils of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.

The rerun elections which were held in Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), Kuje, Abaji and Gwagwalada saw APC clinching five of the six area council elections, while APGA won in Gwagwalada.

INEC had declared the elections inconclusive as a result of violence, over voting and non-use of Smart Card Readers or accreditation of voters, and ordered a rerun in 39 polling units in 20 Registration Areas.‎

But in the result released on Thursday, INEC declared the APC candidate, Ibrahim Adamu Candido winner of AMAC with 27, 482 votes.

Also in Kuje Area Council, Abdullahi Galadima of APC won with 15, 175 votes while Joseph Shazih of APC won in Kwali Area Council with 15, 309 votes.

The party’s candidates also won in Bwari and Abaji Area Councils.

However, APGA’s candidate, Adamu Mustapha was declared chairman-elect of Gwagwalada Area council with 15, 950 votes. The candidate of APC, Abubakar Jubril got 14569 votes.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), which won five Area Councils in 2013, could not win any chairmanship position this year.

Senate Minority Whip, Senator Philip Aduda, who is representing FCT in the Senate on the platform of PDP, alleged sabotage against the party.

“We know that there are lots of sabotages that are being put in place so that there are delay so that where we have strongholds we might not have the opportunity and all that,” he said.

Biafra is not about hate. It is not about any tribe being superior to another. It is just about a group of people who wants to control their affairs themselves and as such rule their destiny. I don't see why some people can't understand that simple fact.
