other than being an APC supporter, there is really no benefit of a one party state in a country like ours. Whatever benefit anyone could derive from it now could very easily be lost in a swipe. While I agree that GEJ was too Laissez-faire in his leadership style(which created room for misbehaviour by subordinates), I still think that bringing perpetrators to justice irrespective who the person is should be the primary concern. Benue is a sorry case of a misplaced sense of legal standing and lack of evidence. he who asserts must prove. in Benue PDP claimed that Ortom was a member of PDP at the material time. But it gave no evidence in court. meanwhile Ortom tendered letter of resignation from PDP.

In Taraba PDP tendered no evidence to show why it failed to comply with electoral act in conducting primaries.

For PDP to justify its claim against the judiciary and the presidency, it must come to the public and show the evidence it presented and balance it against the evidence APC presented.

The gist of the PDP argument is they are in agreement with IPOB on perceived marginalisation in PMB govt which is just 6 months old.

I am quite impressed by your linear understanding of armed conflict: Life-death. But War scenarios as I have studied under International Humanitarian Law (governed by Geneva Conventions) are not usually linear. more often than not, they are haphazard - engendering diverse scenarios of misery.

Indeed some who are alive often wished they were six feet deep. Your curiousity struck me as someone who should be familiar with the name Chemical Ali. Sadam Hussein's loyalist.
