Tinubu has been exceptional, a first class politician in Africa.

I won't like to compare, but it is an insult for someone like Peter Obi to contest in an election that features Tinubu

You of all people is talking, you are part of the people that brought this payback to your people. When you were mocking and shaming Yoruba and Fulani you thought it will continue till eternity.

I have warned you that Yoruba are not timid online like Fulani you can throw jabs and shades, give them a woto and Yoruba will reply woto woto woto.

You aren't seen nothing yet. Season of pepper them naim we enter so

RockHard:
Well, I heard that you can use the shape of the head to tell a core Ibo from a fake one. Check out Peter Obi's head for example. It's kind of flattish, with contours. Sometimes the contours are steep other times they are not much, but it's there. Sometimes the shape is also flat. Yeah.
Haaaaaa this guy I swear you won't make heaven until you visit Okija shrine.

That's a balanced and fair appointment yet the Obidient are all out complaining even when they are represented in spite of their hateful and parochial before and after this general election.

IPOB is crossing their boundary, they should limit their nonsense to their region and not step an inch into SS.

This latest killing is a confirmation of IPOB as a terrorist that should be treated like one.

Now the FG should publish the allegations against Emefiele as one of financier of a terrorist group. Someone like him if found guilty should be made a scape goat so as to serve as a deterrent to future criminal.

As for MNK, IPOB are just increasing his jail terms

samonak:
The Appointment is a bit fair, Most Presidents choose Chief of Army staff from their regions, at least since 1999 it was only Obasanjo that appointed a Benue man - Gen V Malu. The last Yoruba man appointed COAS was Alani Akinrade ( over 40 years ago) So appointing Gen Lagbaja is not a bad call. Secondly, Appointing Ribadu as NSA is not a good call because the Military brass would not differ to a Police officer, we all saw how it went with Sen. Musiliu Obanikoro when he was made Min of State for Defence. His orders were flagrantly flouted with disregard. Ribadu would be treated with disdain or would not receive the full cooperation of the military brass. Another sore note is the appointment of Hadiza Usman ( El - Rufai's girl friend) we all knew how it went down when she held sway at NPA. She is yet to clear the corruption charges levelled against her by Rotimi Amaechi.
There's no cause for alarm regarding the appointment of Nuhu Ribadu as NSA, any military brass that disobeys him is playing with his career, they would all cooperate because Tinubu will not tolerate insubordination

The timing was right when Soludo demolished Odumeje church, the time was right when markets was demolished by same Soludo, the time was right when Peter Obi sent Hausas packing, the time was right when Abia, Anambra governors sacked none indigene from their respective civil service but the time is wrong now that SanwoOlu wanted to sanitize Alaba

Is it not an insult for Ohaneze to begin poke nosing into the affairs of a state government that is not in the SE.

@ OP kindly tell us what your farther has achieved since he birthed you.

I wonder why mod has allowed you to run amok with insulting post on the President of Federal Republic of Nigeria.

What does a government need to succeed if not a constructive criticism from opposition? But when you go about insulting, hating and abusing the government in power for no reason, then you becomes enemy of the state, a terrorist that should be treated as one
Politics › Re: Emefiele: Is It Now An Offence To Obey The C-in-X? by Ttalk: 7:28am On Jun 17, 2023
Validated:
Tinubu versus Emefiele: I have been thinking, is this not a personal vandetta of some sort? A man says he took instructions from the president to redesign the Naira, so what exactly is his offense? Was Emefiele supposed to disobey the commander in chief?

If anyone should be in custody, it should be the principal, former president Muhammadu Buhari and not a mere agent, Mr Emefiele.
Is it now an offense to serve one's nation? Those accusing Emefiele cannot claim to be clean either.

My dear Ika people, why have you all kept mute in the face of this obvious political vendetta? Your silence could embolden this people to pick another for no reason. Some are already potting the CDS as the next fall guy. What Are Emefiele's offense?

At the same time Nigerians were subjected to the pains of Naira redesign, fuel scarcity was also prevalent. Why has the president not sacked the NNPCL managing director and arrest him also? Okay, that is a sacred cow, because he is a northerners.

There is a parable that says, a fowl leaves who beat it and get angry with the ground, for no cause. That is Tinubu's vendetta game.

@Mod, I hope you would not be insensitive enough by hiding this topic because it touches on this regime
You calling Ika people to come and defend Emefiele but your useless azz can't defend your people against Nnamdi Kanu's boy Simon Ekpa's economic sabotage of Monday sit at home in the SE.

Irrational being like you is defending Emefiele who is accused of terrorism, and round-tripping among other criminal offenses.

Why do you choose to narrow the Emefiele issue to tribalism but chose to ignore the suspension of the EFCC chairman?

Hate is making many of you sound stupid as your hope of destroying Tinubu fell flat on your face and you can't imagine seeing the man you hate so much rule you and your parents.

Deal with it, the enemy of progress, and go and carry a placard on behalf of Efemiele if you feel his suspension is not justified and stop disturbing Nairaland with mundane opinion

gidgiddy:
In most advanced democracies, the life of the President, Prime minister, head of state, as the case may be, is an open book

In other words, if you want to know about the life of the man or woman that leads your country, it is easily assessble. Things like the persons date of birth, where they were born, parentage, home town, educational background, work life etc. This is important so everyone can know who their leader is

However, in the case of Bola Tinubu, nobody can tell you anything about the first 20 years of the man's life. Nobody is sure when and where he was born, nobody knows who his mother and father were, he still claims a woman who never had children as his mother, nobody knows what Primary or secondary school be attended, nobody alive has come foward to say he was his classmate, his state of origin hovers between Lagos and Osun. Even the Tinubu family of Lagos has since denied Bola Tinubu as being one of them, which means that 'Bola Tinubu' may not be his real name, but an adopted name. Its almost like Tinubu's life only started when he went to study abroad in his 20's.

The man has no historical foot print before then

So does anyone know anything about the first 20 years of Bola Tinubu's life?
Tell me the early life of Nnamdi Kanu, the life president of Biafra living in DSS dungeon palace

The govt and the NNPC are the faceless cabal running ans ruining the affairs of the country. This APC led govt of the previous and now are evil minded. They came in and took the subsidy payment personal which explains why subsidy payments and petrol consumption mysteriously increased. They came to loot and enrich themselves. Gold mining and other solid minerals massively mined in Zamfara, Niger and Nassarawa states under the cover of banditry. And then a new govt comes in with the pretext of trying to correct all the wrongs by now doing the same things they were doing in a completely different way

Godwin Emefiele, a beast must face full wrath of the law – Fani-Kayode brags
Naija247newsJun 9, 2023 11:46 PM

Femi Fani-Kayode has celebrated the suspension of Godwin Emefiele from the office of the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria.

The APC chieftain in a statement issued on Friday labelled Emefiele a beast.

Fani-Kayode alleged that Emefiele financed terrorism and committed monumental thievery and corruption.

Nigeria owes Atiku debt of gratitude for murdering, burying PDP – Fani-Kayode
The former minister of aviation said: “The beast called Godwin “The Greed” Emefiele has finally been suspended.

“He is the living manifestation of everything evil and never has a single individual destroyed Nigeria as much as him. His atrocities are legion. I am happy for Nigeria and for Central Bank that he has gone. Now he must face the full wrath of the law for his crimes against humanity, his treasonable acts, his funding of terrorism, his massive and monumental thievery and corruption, his wicked and barbaric ways, his conspiracy to thwart the will of the Nigerian people and his attempt to subvert & scuttle our democracy. He must and will be brought to justice.”
