TokunboCarsOnly: Most comments here by my Yoruba brothers and sisters ricks of regret. Truth is bitter mehn... But It is too late to cry when the head is already off. Many of you still don't believe you are about to make the greatest mistake of your lives about Lagos. I personally will be living your Lagos with my family by the end of this year. I also have alot of SE and SS friends who have confinded in me of their intention to leave Lagos to their regions this year and some next year. So just keep the delusion coming. Very soon your 3bedroom flat will become 50k per annum, just dey play first. Play is allowed, man. See reverse physiology, what happened to Igbo will return home by 2020 made by your brothers in 2015? Just say the fear of going back to your hostile region is driving you crazy |

TokunboCarsOnly: So just this evening, I met a friend who owns a plot of land in Enugu. According to him he said he already has the survey plan of the property in his name but that his friend who happens to be a councillor there just called him and told him to come home asap to perfect the remaining documents of his property if he hasn't done so. According to his friend, there is now purchase pressure on lands in the area by people from Lagos.
I was happy to hear the news this evening. I am sincerely happy Igbo people are now thinking home. It is only a matter of time some overpriced places will become a ghost towns. This is what you always say each time you are defeated in an election. We all remember your ultimatum in 2015 when APC defeated the PDP your people hijacked from Jonathan. You set a 5year plan to relocate back to the East which elapsed in 2020, I wonder what you are still doing in the region you want to exit before 2020 in 2023 |

You don't need to suffocate your hard working MSEs with taxation in the name of increasing Revenue
The level of poverty in gun state, ijebu east villages will make one doubt the so called high igr.
Low IGR with high GDP signifies a government that understands the importance of the growth of individual businesses You have said nothing, high IGR signifies high revenue and the first step towards self-sufficiency and self-determination. You can't sustain yourself and you are clamoring for Biafra, no be suicide be that? Nigeria is not ready to absorb Biafra refugees that would come out of a failed Biafrae |

In as much as Reno Omokri is apt in his response and has being able to pierce the bitter truth into the stubborn ears of our distant neighbour, omoluabis still see and regard Omokri as a spoilt child forming familiarity with the neighbor he once disrespected.
If Yoruba could treat Ambode Bleep+up, and place Rauf Aregbeshola in his place for making a derogatory comment, who is Omokri to think the Yoruba would now be dancing to his skirmishes with Igbo?
Ten thousand songs of praise from Reno and his eulogizes won't make Tinubu's government grant him a state pardon, he should better start adapting to his hideout, he has more than 16 years to spend in asylum.
Reno must enjoy the consequence of his running mouth |

YouAreFinished: Will you be quiet? Bare-faced upon liar
The nine top oil-producing states in Nigeria are:
Akwa Ibom- the largest oil producer with 31.4% (504,000 BPD) Delta – 21.56% (346,000 BPD) Rivers – 21.43% (344,000 BPD) Bayelsa – 18.07% (290,000 BPD) Ondo – 3.74% (60,000 BPD) Lagos – 2.64% (40,000 BPD) Edo – 2.06% (33,000 BPD) Imo-1.06 % (17,000 BPD) Abia-0.68% (11,000 BPD)
As you can see, even the South West is producing 4× for oil than the barren SE, yet they're hardly classified as an oil-producing region. It is funny when you see them fumed 'our oil our oil' dragging resources with SS, trying to form an attache by force, they tried to claim Delta and Rivers until the Ijaw people changed it for them. Compared to Yorubas despite formally being in the same region with Edo and Delta as Bendel State in the Western region never claim Itshekiri nor Edo people that are closely knitted to them. Lagos has been producing oil infact from my Local government but Yoruba people have never flaunted Lagos and Ondo oil, it's only our attache chest-beating neighbor who are always gloating over a gas deposit as if Ondo doesn't have and also have a bitumen. Trolling SW the way they trolled Fulani for 8years is a fatal mistake from cheat beaters. They would receive in thousands fold what they dish in hundred. SW holds the rope to their blokus, try nonsense and we pull the hair beneath your scrotum |

Yorubapiglet: That is what I have been telling this children employed by Politicans to be foolish.
IKOTA used to be prime real estate, now the value has so plummeted, that is ridiculous having a property in that axis
All this is because of foolish RONU mentality, that has woken IGBOs up and now they are truly thinking home.
Even the TAX revenue generated by Lagos has fallen porously. Due to foolishness of 'Our Lagos' Propagandist, headed by that 'lizard neck' in London that heads Tinubu campaign in UK Reverse psychology doesn't work on us, go to Ibeju Lekki, Epe, and Badagry and see development going on. Real Estate has quadrupled in SW owing to diaspora remittance from Yoruba sons and daughter Oga teacher don't teach me nonsense we understand our economy better than you do |

I for one was thinking of buying a house in lekki now not again
Ask any house agent, demand done drop big time
4 bedroom terrace duplex in ikota can be gotten for 45million last year 60 million was with abeg for same property You mean after your service year you can't stay in Enugu and have a decent life, you have to come to Lagos? Anyway, that's by the side, SW IGR is leading, how it wish SE too could shop up there IGR, I want a positive competition and not envy and jealousy your people are displaying at the mention of SW IGR |

Which Igbo man owned businesses do you know have relocated
Instead of innocent leaving he is expanding building a new factory in IMO
Two other car manufacturing companies have joined him
Igbos are moving investments back home
So what exactly is your point, do you have any figure to prove the Igbo land economy is shrinking You may not know this but your brothers created a "wake-up" topic on Nairaland in 2015 instructing your people on a 5-year plan to move back to the East. The ultimatum elapsed in 2020 yet your guys are still fraternizing in the SW, was it the brown roof you loved so much or the ewedu and gbegiri soup that could not make you relocate |

There is nothing to show there, mate
IGR does not translate to any development. It is used to cater for many SE living in SW as your presence stretches our infrastructure and compels us to budget more on infrastructure. We need to call the Southern forum to address poor IGR coming from SE, this is an issue we need to settle. Stop bringing shame to the entire Southern region |

Now, please ooo answer me..
With All the wealth that the SW gives the Country why can't we have ODUDUWA Republic? Why are we totally afraid and pained when the OLD SE Region decides to leave us, and get their BIAFRA, with our large economic might?
Won't BIAFRA make ODUDUWA grow well for Yoruba Nation alone? So why always crying when IGBOs or others say they want the country smashed to pieces?
It's funny, but My Yoruba people aren't ready to face realities.
We don't take orders from anyone, we operate on our terms. Nothing connects Biafra with Oduduwa |
