- How does sermons on TV disturb you? Can you not switch channels? I had close to 100 channels before when i wasted my money on cable (before i came to my senses) . . . only one was a christian channel. Watch CNN if you're bored.

They read them, and get carried away, and decide to stop attending Church, where they can also hear the word of God. Some would gladly use Saturday night's hangover as an excuse, conveniently ignoring both the instruction about Christian gatherings and the Bible's instructions on alcohol. Where is the faith supposed to come from? Yet they call on God, and expect Him to answer. On the Sundays when they manage to go to church, they start practicing the exact opposite of what they just heard the moment they step out. About the angel thing, let me break this down to you further. God has lots of favours that he throws down to people, but by sin, people disqualify themselves. Besides, why would they need an angel when they already had their Bibles? I went to christian primary, secondary and universities all BOARDING. for the best part of over 20years i had devotions every morning and night where we shared the word, read and know memory verses , read and prepare for sermons, even had bible and spiritual courses in my university (which you must pass to grad) - yet you open your mouth with all arrogance and declare i don't have a christian upbringing because of what you saw with some imaginary friends of yours!.


Most nigerian kids in southern nigeria are taught the bible in school or at church yet you ignorantly deny this, pretty much 5year olds know books of the bible and can tell you simple bible tales- the lies you folks tell for jesus is sickening!

Besides that i know how extremely easy it is for me to simply turn my back on the bible and live like you.

As atheists we are opposed to people spreading false doctrines and delusion as regards religion. . . As humanists more or less we will comment and show you the fallacies of the fairy tale you all profess. . .why? - Because every religionist is a potential fundamentalist and every fundamentalist is a threat to human society.
Besides it's never a good idea to let false and dangerous dogmas like religion to spread without a reasoning voice to point out the wrongs of such,if not you religionists would think everyone agrees with your faith and it's only a matter of time before it becomes forced on everyone.

The conscience is simply a prompting you get from your sub conscious when you go against rules or your own moral standards, it's pretty relative to culture and different society.
For example if a child is brought up in a cannibal society where it's totally acceptable to kill and eat people while it's illegal or a taboo to urinate standing up, the said child would gladly kill and eat a human being without any worries from a conscience because as far as he's concerned he's broken no rule or moral principle meanwhile that same child would feel as guilty as hell when he urinates standing up and his conscience would never rest until he confesses the taboo or atones for his mistake.

So quit thinking some guardian angel is sending you emails through your conscience.
